I would give minus stars if I could, I ordered some lingerie and when it turned up it was laughable, absolute cheap crap, I should have known as it was cheap £. Do not order from this site, pay a bit more and get something better quality.

Thank you for your reply. My order number is HBTXB00012535. My parcel has been re routed only by my intervention! My work place closes at 12.00pm so I contacted Royal Mail to re route my parcel to my home address. I will be receiving it on Thursday, which I should of being receiving it today, if you would of took action.

You removed my review! I was trying to help people by warning them of this site! As you "trustpilot" can see is a terrible one, as everyone else is saying!

Don't order from this site scam ordered a top for my sister didn't come didn't get money back

The products are awful and returns problematic. It was stressful from start to finish and I never got my money back. Do not deal with this company. Their service is appalling.

I purchased a jumper, what arrived was a poorly printed jumper print on a cheap t-shirt. This is a scan site. Do not order from them!

Do not order from this company they are a scam the clothes look nothing like they do on the advert. They are a Chinese company the clothes are also poor quality at high prices

Ordered Nov 2020 and 2 items missing. I have been chasing them for delivery or refund of £22 since. They fob me off with various excuses until recently they offered me coupons to make another purchase. I agreed and after chasing them for coupons they now tell me its not possible so they will refund me. Now I find out that as its after 180 days from purchase they have to contact Paypal to make this refund so they need to wait for Paypal to react to their request. ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY>

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Products are nothing like the photo-shopped images on the website. They appear to be printed images on synthetic fabrics and sizing varies. When I asked to return the goods for refund, they offered a discount if I would keep the goods but they are horrible. I returned my items to the address they provided and it cost £32, yesterday my returned parcel came back to me as they didn't pay the duty on it when it arrived in China. So I am doubly out of pocket.

I bought and paid for dresses, on the 6th May 2021, and have heard nothing for them. I can not pay £60.00 to loss it too. Just put the money back into my BANK.

I ordered several items 4/12/20, two items missing continually told they were due, never appeared, promised a refund- never happened. Most items were not the colour/fabric advertised. Company couldn’t care less.
I received your generic response 21st May 2021 -pathetic and strangely enough I have been going around in circles unable to further respond. Here’s the information you have asked for. HBTXB00012772 never received balance of order placed 4th Dec 2020, £13.97 + £16.06 = £30.03 you said you would credit my card within 3-7 days prior to my initial complaint months ago- STILL WAITING.

Do not buy from this company. They sent me completely different item quality quality poor and im not stuck in a lengthy returns process. I ordered using PayPal so am going though their resolution process, however I am disappointed that PayPal would allow a company which is so clearly a scam to use their services

Do not give this company your money. They sent me a top that was completely different visually from the one on the website .The second item I was returning had a 100'/, cotton label on it but was stretch and clearly synthetic.After giving me lengthy instructions to follow to get a refund, they closed the appeals process as though I hadn't replied.

DO NOT BUY FROM GEOKOA UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. CLOTHING OF A VERY POOR STANDARD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

I would give this no stars if possible ordered 3 dresses extremely bad quality have emailed and the emails just bounce back have also left message on their Facebook page and dm Geokoa avoid I will be contacting trading standards do not touch the appalling company

Ordered goods on 30.12.2020. Tracking was appalling and until well into February it stated that the goods were in China. Eventually a package arrived at my home while I was out, I would not have accepted it had I been at home. The quality of the goods are poor and not in keeping with the photos on the website. Descriptions are no as the goods actually are. The described colours are not accurate. Everything is not as it seems. An enclosed invoice appears to state that the goods, were ordered on 30.12.2020 and shipped on 31.12.2020, where were they shipped to, certainly not me, as I do not live in China. I will not use them again , please be aware

NEVER EVER buy from this. They are scam and con artists who are from China and run a fake business and have a fake licence. They have been stealing money.
They are also under the name of GEOKOA, so just be careful and report them as soon as you see similar clothing types etc. They have clearly got a motive to con people - I don’t know how they ended up in a job like this and I feel sorry for them having to result to crime as a way to make money but I hope they realise who they are impacting.

Do not ever buy from anyone you see who has a similar clothing. To check if they are scammers look at the quality of website, usually most, if not all, fashion brands have an Instagram page where they have a reasonable following or Instagram influencers wearing their clothing. They can’t get away with not doing that anymore in this day and age. Stay away from them!

Items took months to arrive, half of them were missing, wrong colors (for the few that did arrive), not the material that is advertised on the website and sizes are completely wrong! Don't waste your money!

Very annoyed that I fell for this cheap, (probably) chinese company! Photos of winter knitwear looked lovely. What I received were cheap imitation items, some not even knitwear!
If I wanted to return items, it would charge me postage to China!! Or I could have a 15% refund! A pittance!
I'm rapidly learning to do research into these companies, but I've lost money on no goods, or shoddy goods!

This is a criminal enterprise based on defrauding buyers. When you buy something from them, they deliver a shoddy product and then make a profit by offering a 15% refund for not sending the goods back saying that the cost of shipping to China may be more expensive then the cost of the goods.
