Just awful
Just awful - bit of a joke company and the joke on me for being taken in by the lovely illustrations and photography, the items that arrived bore absolutely no resemblance at all. I did complain - though I have to say they took so long to arrive I'd forgotten the name of the company! there was a pleasant enough response and encouraging me to wait for the rest of the order to arrive - which resembled a dishcloth after at least 2 months from ordering - I felt best to draw a line under it but these ads should be taken down

No stars - truly awful
Just dreadful. Wish I'd looked at reviews before buying - it's cheap and nasty, as if they've stolen catalogue pictures from somewhere legitimate and are making copies. Nothing like photos and impossible to return. I was told I couldn't return an item as I'd bought it on offer price, 6 weeks later still missing an item. Logged on today to find it out of stock. Haven't been contacted or refunded. Emailed them about it today but not holding my breath. Keep well away - 'buyer beware'!

Items look good online but never arrive
A beautiful hoodie cardigan caught my eye. Great price too, but too good to be true. My order never arrived. They did however refund me after 2 months. I'll never buy from them again. Unprofessional company

Scam, do not give them your money
I suspect that this company name is one of many aliases being used by Hong Kong scam company Leadchic. One name definitely being used by them is another clothing site that's all over the internet news sites - Evaemily. Avoid. You won't get what you paid for. You won't get your money back. The only hope is to go through your bank/PayPal. I think Evaemily is the newest incarnation as there are so few reviews for this site out there.

I'd give zero stars if possible
I'd give zero stars if possible. Site is a total scam; clothes they send bear no resemblance at all to pictured items online and are ugly and of extremely low quality. Returns system is similarly a scam - directs returns which are never acknowledged to arrive to a post-box fake address in an industrial clothing district in China. Avoid at all costs - wish I'd checked the company on Trustpilot before I made my purchase. An expensive mistake.

I cannot believe the item I recieved
I cannot believe the item I recieved! The photo was of a quality item. I received a piece of utter rubbish that bore no resemblance to the picture. I am gutted as I now realise that I am unlikely to get a full or even partial refund and am loathed so spend more money sending it back. An expensive mistake on my part. Utterly disappointing but I will see how they respond to my request. I have to give them a chance to do the decent thing but sadly dont think this will happen. Save yourself the disappointment and don't order in the first place as the item you receive will probably be nothing like the pictures of the item you order.
It's now two days and two emails later. Customer services have offered me 15% then 20% refund. This leads me to believe that they run a very efficient scam even more now.
I have refused their offer. But thanks to other truspilot reveiws am currently pursuing a full refund through PayPal. As the item they sent bears no resemblance to the item they sent I should be covered under buyer protection.
After this I will contact any consumer trading people in the UK I can to see what i can do to get them closed down permanently.
If, like me me you bought without checking the reveiws first. I feel for you. Damensein encourage you to take a tiny percentage refund or send the items back at your cost possibly throwing good money after bad. If you paid through PayPal you may be able to get your money back.

I am now told my items are held at Chinese customs - and have been since the 6th Dec!
I paid over £70 inc postage for 2 sub standard jackets that were nothing like the picture! I then paid nearly £20 to return these items - following the exact protocol set out by Damensein!
I hope you now do the decent thing and refund my money!!!!!
I have been absolutely ripped off!

They mis-represent the quality of their products & their service is the worst
Wish I had come across the reviews before I bought a top from this company. They are dreadful. Key lowlights being:
- huge delay in shipping item
- supplied a top that did not match the description - i.e. was described as 'knitwear', whereas actually a cheap polyester with a poor quality screen print on it
- when challenged only offered a partial refund with condition that I funded return carriage
- finally got a successful resolution by getting PayPal to act for me - they agreed to cover my carriage costs &, with PayPal pressure, Damensein finally agreed to pay me 100% original price
This is a disreputable company who put out nice pictures that completely over state the quality of their products. And their service is awful. Wish there was something that could be done to strike them off from online advertising & promotion.

Just to say to everyone, these people appear under various different names, in my case Airydress, and appear as ads down the side of whatever you happen to be viewing online. The goods are always spectacularly inferior to the pictured item! However, please do not cave in to their expectations by 'not bothering' to pursue a refund. If like me, you paid through Paypal then you can open a case and you will eventually be refunded. Do NOT return the items, (assuming you can work out how to), or you will never see your hard earned money again! These people are totally unscrupulous and hopefully do not sleep well at night! Good luck!

Do not buy anything from these rip off merchants. Like other reviewers, I too believed I was buying quality products from a European source - the name suggests Danish style with German efficiency. No such luck.
The quality of the things I bought was lamentable and I was not prepared to give them as Xmas gifts. So I tried to return them only to find that I was expected to post them back to Guangzhou in China, paying all costs including any taxes.
They offer a derisory 15% off the cost to 'settle the issue' in their words, which of course I have had to accept. I feel so cross with myself for falling for such a bunch of jokers and buying their totally rubbish products.

I've just received a jumper from…Disgusted
I've just received a jumper from damensein. I ordered it 25th November. I was led to believe this was a European firm and the clothes are made in Europe. On arrival the jumper is made of cheep material and nothing like the picture. The worst thing it's made in china. I would never have ordered it if I'd known. I've thrown it away because it's not worth sending back. Please don't buy anything from this firm. They are a sham and the clothing is cheep rubbish

Absolute rubbish.
Don't bother complaining to them as you won't get your money back. One of the items I ordered was not even finished, thread loose and hanging off the collar. I sent them an email and picture of the unfinished garment on 7th March 2020. Nothing.
