BE WARNED! The worst company ever dealt with. Asked for required code to return incredibly cheap quality items day after receiving them. They didn’t reply so 2nd request to be told I was over the required 2 weeks. If you return you have to bear cost of returning items to China! Avoid!

I ordered 2 item as a Christmas present on Dec 3rd and only one item turned up and it looked quite different form the picture. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as you can never really judge the exact color from the internet. But the second item never turned up. Here's their first reply.
"We regret to inform you that the delivery of your below item(s) has been delayed. ​We will try our best to push the shipping for you.
Item List:
1 Pink Sleeveless Cotton Dress
Can you wait and keep the delayed item(s) for another event? We will email you a shipping notification once the delayed item(s) are shipped.

If you run into any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us."

Their Second reply, months later.
They also pasted an image of and aeroplane with the words in transit, this was 2 months ago and still nothing.

"We apologize for the inconvenience.

I am checking with shipping company. Pls email us for update in 2 days if you don't have reply from us

So as you can see any company that says email us again if you don't hear from us in 2 days are not doing their job.

I have since tried to get a refund but Paypal sys it is too late.

I will never buy anything from them again.

Terrible. Don't want to give any stars. Wish I'd have looked at this site b4 ordering. All items wrong sizes, not as advertised and poor quality. Took ages to arrive. Tried sending it back but they still try and give a discount to "Alter" the items! Just want to return with out costing me a fortune with customs on top. Didn't realise I was ordering from China! I have today sent back the items via track and trace it is the 29/06 today so I will keep you posted not expecting much! So the parcel arrived back in China a week ago! Have had no contact surprise surprise from them! Worryingly my bank say that the card payment is on continuous so I can't get a refund from them. Please check your bank accounts as it wasn't saying how often a payment would come out?? Not sure how subscription works for clothes?!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Horrible experience. Best thing about this company is the pictures of the clothes - but the ones that eventually arrived (2 items were missing but charged for) looked NOTHING like the pictures and were so shoddy and in tatty, grubby packaging. Then they make it as difficult and time-consuming as possible to return the goods, interspersed with offers of first a 15% refund " to avoid substantial return costs", then upped this 25% when I refused and asked for a return label (which they insist you ask for to return the goods - they are not to be returned to the address label on the packages!). I first complained in February, then eventually they refunded the postage costs not the cost of the goods. so I had to chase them again, and eventually got a refund (less the £31 postage costs) in June - though their emails says once the return is completed a refund will be issued within a week). I will NEVER buy anything on line again before checking the vendors reviews - and I hope this helps other unsuspecting buyers.

Do NOT buy from this company. It is very cheap rubbish, once again made in CHINA! If I knew it was from China I would not have ordered it as everything that comes from there is terrible. Terrible experience!

Doesn't realize my jumper is coming from China, I would have bought a larger size if I had known, also I've never had a good item from China, although my last jumper from damensein was ok.

I have been meaning to complain about these clowns for ages.

I agree if we cut off thier blood supply fewer are going to be scammed and hopefully they will start giving out refunds when they start feeling the pressure. I googled "complaining to ASA" and that's fairly straightforward.

How do you contact Google to complain as I think I came about them in Google?

I'm sure everyone else has noted that their reply to every complaint is automated!

If anyone at the company cares to check, my order number is 922117179 and I am still waiting for the jacket.

I am not saying it is a scam but I would not expect to buy from this company and it be a happy experience. Probably you will use PayPal thinking you are protected do not be fooled, if it goes wrong they will far from helpful.

My order was lost by the delivery company but because the order tracking information was updated after more than a month, it was too late by that point to open an enquiry. Since there is NO contact number I had to resume to emailing them and struggling for 2 weeks to clarify the situation. NO measures taken, their response pretty similar to the ones I see they've been answering to these reviews, USELESS.
COMPLETE RIP OFF, paid a significant amount of money and got NOTHING!
I just wish I read the reviews first.

I also find interesting that the complaints are all recent, it looks like their business is based on SCAMMING people for their money. Wish there was a way to file a proper complaint to the company so that others wouldn't have to share the experience.

Ordered what looked to be like a beautiful lightweight multi coloured jumper. Arrived as a highly flammable cheap polyester t shirt with the pattern of the knit printed on. Cost me £20 but £10 to return to China. 6 mths later still waiting for the refund. AVOID!!

Not sent the goods after weeks, not responded to my emails saying I don't want them. Went on twitter and see they are scammers who send - if they send at all - other goods than as advertised and very poor quality. They're ripped me off £113 and no-one should be allowing them to advertise on their sites.

Following their response here's an update. The goods arrived: like everyone else says they bear no resemblance to the pictures you buy from. The were awful, awful. I asked for a returns slip immediately - still not got it 3 days later. We have emailed a lot - so when they say to email them it's just another ploy - and they said that if I sent them back it would be very expensive for me and it would take a very long time... Then they offered me 15% back. I said 50% and they said 25%. I have said 35% is the lowest I will go - they haven't got back to me - just put this nonsense to get in touch on the website. I spoke to my bank who said give them a bit of time to repay you, then got to the fraud department. I will let Google and the Telegraph know these are fraudsters paying to use their sites. But avoid!

Do not order from this dreadful company. I wish I had found out more about them before ordering. Do not be fooled by the advertising pictures.

Looking at the reviews, I know now I have been scammed out of £31. Ordered 2 tops on 1.May and not received anything. Good job I did not order any more. I learned my lesson and can only warn other customers about this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM DAMENSEIN.........

I just wish I'd read the reviews for this company; the clothes took weeks and weeks to arrive and are not the right sizes stated and made of horrible, cheap polyester material. They were truly awful. Worse still no paperwork came with the delivery and i cannot contact them to get a refund. I have emailed 3 times and am now really worried i will not get my money back. I am going to contact trading standards today if i don't hear anything back from them. I have tried the telephone number mentioned in a review but cannot get through. . I see Damensein have replied to this review - but they are still ignoring my emails and i am no closer to getting a refund of nearly £100. I have now taken legal advice and intend to pursue this through the Hong Kong legal system. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Appalling. I bought five items and had to wait nearly two months for them to arrive. Fortunately on four items arrived and so I was able to later cancel the order and was refunded that money. I was appalled at the quality of the products and how cheap and nasty they looked. I emailed to ask to return the items but was told due to expense they would give me 5% back of my original order. I refused and was finally sent a return address, I posted the items £25 out of my pocket and then over two or three months emailed at various times to ask about my refund. A few weeks after we had gone into lockdown I received my parcel of cheap nasty clothes back? I am at a loss as to what to do. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they are rip off merchants!

Having waited 2 months for my items and having no response to my emails to Damensein I opened a case file with Paypal. This brought some response and the items eventually arrived. Wrong colour, huge fade mark across the dress, very cheap, nasty material and so obviously NOT the items shown on their website. Do not order from these people, they are dishonest traders. I just wish I could find the company who actually does produce these clothes....I have a huge order waiting for them.

Do not order from this company - wish I had read the reviews before making payment.
The items I ordered did not match the image or the fabric stated on the website.Not sure where the sizing comes from!
At the moment requesting full refund and refund for postage to return items as I am sure under Trade description act I should be entitled to. Wish me luck

I have to give a star to write the review.
On 14/4/20 I ordered 2 shirts,1 long sleeve,1 short sleeved.
Sent email on 1/5 as I had no acknowledgment email for the order.emailed again on 12/5 to ask if/when package will be dispatched. They replied it was sent.finally on 30/5 I received the long sleeve..not unduly impressed with the quality or fit, but the short sleeve was not in the package,and no explanation.
Have just emailed again to ask for reasons why,or refund.reading reviews here I'm not holding my breath.

If you want to wear the clothes you buy DO not buy from Damensein. What you see on line is wonderful however in the flesh would not last a washing machine, colours awful and nothing like the quality advertised. They are see through cheap material. I was shocked with the order the jacket looked nothing like it. they should not be selling clothes at all they miss sell and it is against consumer rights. I contacted them straight away to explain the problem they made me photograph it all and write a document as to why the quality was not up to my standard. then they did nothing? Then eventually a month later they said i can pay to send it back to China which would have cost me more than the order to do. i said you sent incorrect goods and bad quality items all they did was offer that i keep it all and they would give me 10% off 25% off 45% off PayPal would not help and said that they can not get involved even though they happily have scam companies collecting money through there website! i took 45% off in June after battling with them for 6 months. I will continue to contact trading standards and i advise to stay away! they look great but dont look anything like this in reality it is quite a joke.
