Disappointing
I bought two pairs of shoes both size 5 .
One pair arrived that were slipping off my feet. Obviously incorrectly sized or put in the wrong box .
I sent them back only to find the postage was £8.50 …. Ridiculous and contradictory to your claim you help with return postage. I challenged this amount and was given a partial refund, Not acceptable ti charge me anything as the error was on your part. The second pair fitted perfect but arrived with poor packaging I.e no lid to the box.
I expect you to refund the full postage. Very disappointed.

Having reviewed your order, the shoes returned to us were checked and confirmed to be the correct size as labelled by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, sizing and fit can vary between different styles, and while another size 5 may have fitted you well, this does not necessarily indicate that the returned pair was incorrectly sized or packaged.
Regarding the refund, the original delivery charge was refunded as a gesture of goodwill. The remaining deduction related solely to our subsidised Royal Mail returns service, which is charged at £2.50 and is outlined in our returns policy.
We are also sorry to hear that the second pair arrived with a damaged box. While the outer packaging can occasionally become damaged during transit, we appreciate this was disappointing.

I bought a pair of Moda in Pelle…
I bought a pair of Moda in Pelle sandals from Daniel Footwear for £77. After only three weeks of wearing them to the office, the leather strap tore away from the sandal. They were not subjected to heavy use, so I was very disappointed that they failed so quickly.
I contacted Daniel Footwear, but my claim was rejected, as a result, I was offered no refund or replacement.
I appreciate that retailers may rely on the manufacturer’s assessment, but I expected better quality from a £77 pair of sandals and a more satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Daniel Footwear again.

I have bought Daniel open gold and silver sandals
I have bought sandals. First of all, they are beautiful, secondly, they are light and comfortable. The sole has a cushion. I have never had blisters. and people make me compliments.
