I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Although I anticipated a later delivery, it arrived sooner than expected.

Extremely poor customer service. A non Italian speaker is highly unlikely to find the assistance they require on after purchase. I was unable to complete an order online so I decided to call the store. A non English speaker answered and we were unable to communicate. As I was encouraging her to find some English speaking person to attend to me, she simply hung up as if she was angry I couldn't speak Italian. Then, I decided to send an email hoping to find the assistance I required. Alas! No body replied for days. Then, I counted myself lucky for not placing the order since it became clear that I would have struggled to return or exchange had anything gone wrong with my order.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order, but that was no problem and the refund happened immediately. Good experience.

Fast and professional

Ordered jacket from this website. But has been held up in DHL depot for over 10days . Emailed dhl and sorted the issue by confirming identity about 3 days ago. Dhl contacted by telepehone and said why the company is sending the delivery via road but not airmail after charging so much for delivery. I needed it for an occasion today and I haven’t recieved any update in tracking or can see where my parcel is. I would totally avoid this outlet if you want your goods on time!

Sent to uk, no import fee's, packaging was very nice, extremely happy. Stone island sweatshirt was authentic without any defects via certilogo. If you think the price is too good to be true and are on the fence go ahead treat yourself.

Placed an order -item was showing in stock & still does several days after. They charged contacted me not in the day but later & then said the refund would take 3 days. No reply since my last email. Not impressed.

Wow this is my 3rd time buying from them this time Shipping was extremely fast like 4 days from Italy and the price was like 200 dollars cheaper than all other stores this store is Highly!!!!! Recommended
