All good...
All good.... Every time I have used Dansommer.dk. Only ever had problem time, many years ago.

We had booked a holiday home in Sweden through Dansommer and were really looking forward to our vacation (2.-9. August). Unfortunately, the house was in an unhygienic and poorly condition, which made it impossible for us to stay. We ended up leaving after just one night.

We documented the condition with photos and have sent several emails to Dansommer. Despite this, we have still not received a proper response or any form of compensation. Instead, we received one email after the other asking us to review our stay, which feels absurd considering the fact that the holiday was essentially ruined.

We understand that issues can sometimes occur, but this is exactly why one chooses to rent through a company – to be supported and taken care of in such situations. Sadly, we felt completely left on our own.

We are still waiting for the compensation, and I would not recommend anyone to rent through Dansommer.

No confirmation on payment for vacation house, I have emailed the office but no response yet...

Very nice house, some problems with the payment with MitID, when you close the payment window to go to the MitID app, the payment window opens again on the old page. But when we made the reservation with my phone and my husband's MitID it worked perfectly.
The house was very cold when we came in, it was nice if somebody had put on the heater before we came, especially now that it's freezing and snowing.
But overall we are happy with our weekend away and the house and location, everything is good clean and the linnepakke were in the house, just like they said.

Simple process to follow, good selection of houses. And not at least, Dansommer is a trustworthy partner. We have renter house a couple of times before and are pleased how everything turned out.

Dansommer has always been trustworthy and the houses have always been like the webpage shows. And the people who work there are realy helpful.

It is easy to navigate the site and make bookings and payments. It is quite user friendly. However, there are 2 things that really bother me.

1- when I set the period in which I want to book a summerhouse, the search engine doesn’t show exclusively houses, which are fully available during the whole period, it includes all houses, that match which ever date. Even if it is only 1-2 days out of 5 desired. That’s very annoying, cause you have to be very careful when picking a house, since you assume it’s available for the period you chose, but in reality, it may be available only for a little part of it.

2- all booking conditions become available only after you pay for the house. For example when/where you can pick up the key and when you have to check out. Those can be significant and may effect your choice, if the pick up/hand in place and time are inconvenient.

Easy to make the reservation and to have access to the house details and payment details.

We have liked using dansommer for booking our cottages this summer.
Overall the experience so far has been very good.
The customer service has been responsive, polite and very considerate when I had questions regarding the summer cottage, the bill payments etc.
The summer cottages have been clean and well maintained.
The website is easy to use and very informative.

We came to the dansommer/novasol office to pick up the keys to a summer house after their working hours, which we stated before coming, so this was no news. The keys should have been left near their back door-unfortunately our keys were not there!!! We tried to call every possible number, but even the hot line was closed! So after driving 200km. and spending our lovely evening in a car and dansommer parking lot, we had to turn around and go home. So thank you dansommer for waisting our time, our gas and our energy, I hope we will at least get the money for the summer house back.

Good service, but the cleaning in the houses can be much better!

This was an amazing summer house to rent! It is right next to the beach and has a beautiful outside patio and back yard. It is a 5 minut drive from Oddehavn. The family that owns it lives next door were so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this for everybody!

For improving the experience, the cleaning of the house should be included at a more reasonable price and some further details about consumptions average to be expected will be very welcomed
