Hi. yes you should have checked the size as we state all sizes very clearly on the website. The fact that it was too small but we told you the exact size seems a very unfair reason to leave us a 2 star review.

Non working watch
I bought a watch from Darby Pritchards in early December which stopped working less than six weeks later . When informed about this - they said they couldn't do anything because more than 30 days had passed since purchase. So does that mean as soon as you have had 30 days it is tough luck?I have wasted my money.

Hi. As you were well aware prior to buying from us, we have a 30 day policy on items. You agreed to it at the time of ordering with us. If an items breaks after that timescale then we cannot replace or refund. Had you had let us know within 30 days, then we would have of course sorted it for you. Please bear in mind we are talking about a watch that you paid only £4.99 for which included free delivery. There was no problem with it when we sent it to you or for the 6 weeks you mention. There are a whole host of reasons why an item can break but after 6 weeks, those reasons aren't our fault.
