This is such a sad review for you to leave. At no point have you contacted us to explain what you mean by 'Poor quality'. As you can see from other reviews we have sold many of these bangles with no problems at all. Lots of lovely comments.

Several items purchased
I have purchased several forget me not bracelets. The one I purchased for myself I have worn nearly every day and have found that the silver plate is now wearing off. As it's classed as fashion jewelry maybe I should have worn it occasionally however the service is excellent and the products are lovely.

Hello. Thank you for the feedback. We really do appreciate it. It could have had a reaction with perfume. The item is alloy so it can tarnish if worn constantly and comes into contact regularly with things like perfume. This particular item is what we call fashion jewellery so intended more for occasional wear.
