Hi. At no point have we ever said it was sterling silver .You paid £6.75 for it. A bangle that thick in solid sterling silver would even at cost price be about £30. Please check the product description as it makes it clear the materials we use

Top notch customer service. The bracelet and necklace are beautiful, and look much more expensive than the price. My daughter absolutely loved them, a gift to her from her daughter in heaven, my granddaughter, who will never be forgotten.
