Bon prix. mais apres ma commande il y a le cite d'arnaque one-time offer sur la page de darty, et darty il y en a rien a foutre.

Purchased a drone from Darty Antibes, battery does not work and they refuse to exchange it as one very small, plastic 'decoration' is missing. This irrelevant to a faulty product they refuse to do anything about.
Terrible (and sadly typical French) 'service'.

I bought from darty one mac book pay ×3..my pament complet.evry month they cut from my bank 20 euro.after i called darty they told me this is instance maltimidia..its can't résilié befor 1 yeaar..but when they assurance they did'nt tall me..all of customer when u buy anything from darty be carefuly ...

An item that I ordered on 30 November has still not been delivered, The price included free delivery and installation. I then was told that the item was coming from another supplier (a partner of Darty) I tried to contact them to get no reply. I went to a Darty store where I got no assistance whatsoever. I emailed and rang the partner without response. I went on Facebook and started a chat with Darty - at one stage I thought that I was getting somewhere as the person offered to ring the delivery firm but nothing happened - she also informed me that they would not carry out the installation. I emailed and rang again to get nowhere. I went back on the chat line but got no helpful answers.18 days later I am still over 1000 euro out of pocket and no sign of getting the item. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SHAMBLES AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN GOT THE WIT TO READ THESE REVIEWS

Their so called "contrat de confiance" is a charm for badluck... I guess it will be too kind to say so, but it is much more true to call them "crook&sons" or "king of unfair practices":
I order - from DARTY itself not from a third party on the marketplace - an oven and I never get delivered, moreover when I connect my account I see that they haven't even trace my command, then I reachout to their "SAV" so called best France' SAV, best of crooks if you want my advise, I dond't get even an answer to tell me that they've take in accoumpt my request for delivering the oven.
No sir, they just not going to answer you, I guess next step will be to take legal action agaisnt them in order to get compensating, since I should have buy the oven to another place during blackfriday to not miss good opportunity for these crooks.

Be aware, do not place order with thoses guys if you want to get your good

So I ordered a TV back Friday bargain on £73 Inc delivery.
I received an email payment complete.
Another email order being despatched from China.
Oki think maybe a counterfeit but still cheep.
An email from Royal mail package from China cleared customs and is on its way.
I received a very small packet claiming to contain underwear but surprise surprise I find a counterfeit Door scarf and s bill for $HK 4850 ... ABOUT £450 !!

Bad after sales service of DARTY Boulogne - France for my smartphone under warranty. My phone came back, after 3 weeks of repair of the screen glass. I had to pay the repair 50% of the smartphone value, Now the functions: return and multi-stains are out of order. Very expensive and lack of quality control before returning to the customer. Now 2nd request for repair.
My smartphone is back and repaired, but Darty did not apologize about the lack of control and did not give me any compensation or refund.

I ordered a Samsung phone at Dart through their market place. NEVER DO IT. No traceability on delivery at all. I will never buy from Darty again.

The client experience is awefull, when ordering online with boutique pickup, they might cancel your order even if they have stock and then will ask you to order again while calling their expensive client service center.

Would avoid and go for Amazon for a better service

I bought a *new* vacuum cleaner that had hair in it

I bought a TV that was delivered one week late

terrible experience.
bought a congelateur sous plan.
When it arrived it was not the width than the vendeur confirmed 3 times. After much hassle I was reimbursed.

I ordered a different Leibherr 'Frost Free congelateur. The delivery driver didnt switch it on but said 'wait 2 hours. after more than 2 hours the inside was full of condensation due to an in inaperable door seal. More hassle from the store and its director at Le Pontet.
Never again. Not yet resolved. Almost €600 week 3 and still no congelateur in peak weather, Never again . Cultural problem. Still no promise. Buy elsewhere.

After taking photos of the obvious fault .agreement reached to collect and reimburse again .All of this took many wasted days and multiple visits to the store for reimbursement.
On the positive side I did eventually get my money back.

Darty is a shop that competes well on price. If they have your product and it functions well, then there are probably no issues. However they partner with Chinese companies to resell online. One such "GrandShop" or "Shenzhenshi Shangtong Shangmao Co.,Ltd" operates a scam whereby products are offered at very low prices and in check-out process offers and give-aways entice you to send personal details and buy other product. Presumably this is how they make their money. If one attempts to by pass the registration and reject the €16 gift offered then the original card payment is rejected and purchase cancelled. It took me all day trying to work out what was going on as, I and my various banks were baffled as to why payments were not going through. I view this as for of Fraud, but it is so low level they are unlikely to be investigated and the practice stopped. Just a waste of time and frustrating.

Item not delivered, can't get hold of them to get a refund, avoid.

Bought a dyson hoover which failed to recharge. Took it back and the woman said it had dust in it. Its a hoover!!!! they took it for repairs as refused a replacement although they said they would give us a hoover to borrow. A really old crappy one for 50 euros. The woman was rude and horrible. Don't use Darty they are completely rubbish. Being waiting a month and heard nothing yet. the woman was revolting and rude but we had to laugh when she said how long it was going to take. customer service at Dartys is a joke

Outrageous! Never order form this site, I ordered the item and paid! After 15 days no item and no response.

Worst delivery service ever.
WITHIN THE SAME WEEK:
- one order placed and then confirmed with a delivery date one week later than the one placed.
- Darty was unable (or they did it in purpose ) to group deliveries on consequent dates invoicing me 3 times for three deliveries spread on 2 dates.
- they delivered two out of the three articles of a confirmed order. the third one was out of stock. I was notified for this half an hour before the delivery.
Needless to say that the help desk was SO OBNOXIOUS it was surreal and I spoke to the manager of the shift on 30/11.
