Free plan!...Except that was a lie.

Free plan!
But then, we're restricting you from adding more passwords if you have more than 25!
But then, you have to only have 25 passwords saved, otherwise we're taking away auto-fill and putting your account in read only!
And then! Better be ready to be harassed by pop-ups every. time. you. log. in. to. ANYTHING! Telling you that "you're out of extra passwords, upgrade to premium!"

It used to be a good platform. Now it's an insidious pop-up generator.

long time user now canceled

I've been using Dashlane for over 3 years. They were amazing to start out, then got so money hungry. They removed features left and right because they are so money hungry, and eventually the free plan you can't even do anything. Can't save new passwords, has a password limit, can't even copy and paste a password, lol. Crazy how y'all have changed.

Excellent customer service

I had inadvertently paid twice for my subscription renewal. I called attention to my issue and was immediately contacted and the problem was resolved completely without any question.

The issue got resolved

The issue got resolved. I would have liked it to gave been resolved quicker than it was (it took 6 days but I would have been happier if it had taken 2) but it definitely got resolved after I sent in a gentle reminder.

Great customer support and follow up

I’ve used DashLane for many years and had only one recent issue—I could not login on my iPhone. I reported my issue, was informed that there was a ticket opened. Peter contacted me via email several days later. He had reviewed my file and saw I had been able to log in. He wanted to ensure I was no longer having a problem. He was courteous and professional. I’m happy with the support I received.

Don't use Dashlane

I have been a Premium member for years - I used it on various devices (laptop, iPhone, iPad) but Dashlane have decided not to let it operate on anything less than Ios 16. As a result I am unable to use it on my iPhone or iPad which is what I have been paying for. When I raised the problem with Dashlane, I was glibly advised that I should buy a new iPhone and new iPad to get Dashlane running on these devices again!!!! It seems that backward compatibility is something that this company is either unaware of or just doesn't care about and is solely interested in hiking charges. I am leaving Dashlane as it appears are so many others.

The app was very good until they force you to pass on an annual subscription, imposing you also the vpn service ect. For 60$ dollars a year you cannot even choose what you want from the app and you cannot be charged monthly for it. Really disappointing. We lose every bit of customer respect
