From the moment I first visited the boutique to register my interest, through to collecting the watch, she made the whole process feel personal, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none.

Having visited other boutiques in the past, I can honestly say this experience was miles ahead. You feel truly welcomed and looked after, rather than just another customer. That level of care really makes a difference.

We had a wonderful experience with the David Robinson jewellers. Our appointment was with Summer, who we found to be welcoming, friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The environment was relaxed and comfortable. We were not rushed, felt under no pressure and all of our questions were fully addressed. Overall- a really excellent and enjoyable experience.

What stood out most was his professionalism and product knowledge. He took the time to fully understand what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and provided clear, honest recommendations tailored to my needs. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured—instead, the experience felt personal and considerate.

He ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase and even offered additional advice to help me make the most of it. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and customer-focused service, and it made my shopping experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. This level of care reflects extremely well on the business, and I would not hesitate to return because of it.

To me DMR is much more than just a place to shop watches - any time I’m in Canary Wharf I feel more than welcome to stop by, say hi to Bale and Charley, and learn something new about horology. And the showroom never fails to surprise!

By now I have purchased several timepieces from DMR and each experience has been fantastic. Most recently, I was invited by Charley to see a dream piece that I had expressed great interest in. She helped me find the perfect fit on my wrist and showed us many other timepieces from the Rolex collection - the whole purchase experience was extremely smooth and Charley took great care of us. Overall can’t recommend DMR enough and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

On both visits the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was given timescales which were exact.

I had my dog with me as we travel from north Wales and she enjoyed the fuss and treats given to her.
I was also provided with a lovely cup of coffee .
The watch carry case and information booklet also very nice touches.

Wife and I are returning customers now and have in every interaction with DMR received the highest level of service from our main point of contact, Charley, as well as from other members of the team. The DMR team is knowledgeable and dedicated. It is a pleasure to shop in their boutique!
