Initial communication was good but report was an arse covering exercise and unhelpful as to further investigation required. They ignored follow up emails entirely.

Good initial office response, prompt communication for Level 3 Home Survey Report.
Report produced was not as comprehensive or detailed as expected for Level 3 survey. Failed to respond to specific requests made in advance of property inspection/survey visit. No telephone call/email from surveyor to discuss issue.
