Unviable London Zoo National Rail 2 for…

Unviable London Zoo National Rail 2 for 1 offer

Guys the london zoo national Rail 2 for 1 offer is a scam if you live in/around london. Because they offer the discount ONLY if you show a physical ticket. Now if you are travelling from say Zone 6 to Zone 1 ( Regeants Park), the contactless cost is $15 but on that there is no physical ticket. But London Zoo requires a physical ticket. And a physical ticket is £33. So really this offer is a scam.

Dear National Rail and Dear London Zoo, if anyone see this, please tell London Zoo to accept the "contactless" proof. Otherwise remove this offer. Otherwise, please TRANSPARENTLY DISCLOSE on your website that this offer is only valid if someone is coming by NATIONAL RAIL FROM ANOTHER CITY OUTSIDE LONDON

Not quite 2for1

I used the 2 for 1 offer for Kew Gardens, but it was not quite 2for1, since I was charged the gate price despite buying online. It was not stated on the website that this would be the case, and I had already purchased the train tickets when I found out.
I contacted daysoutguide.co.uk, and they do not seem to care that they have a responsibility to ensure that the information on their site is correct - they have not updated the info on their site and they indicated an unwillingness to do so unless instructed by Kew gardens.
