Ordered a book expecting a physical copy of book instead received a digital copy that you can't print then found out I was signed up for a subscription which I didn't agree to canceled it and disputed charges for the subscription charge. These people are scammers and hide other charges in small print will not recommend these people.

Not a physical item as per the description.

Not a physical item as per the description, but a digital copy of a book. On purchasing the book, I was signed up to a subscription and cancelled after. However their sister companies then started charging me £20. I have yet to receive a refund from this, but I will keep emailing until it is received.
