AbysicCam advertised as highly graded waterproof camera ordered 1/31/2026. Received 2/15/2026. Not waterproof (bubbles from camera six inches under water - blurry pictures). Unable to reach human by phone. Emails offer refund if camera first sent to address in China for inspection - Shipping costs >$100. Replacement offered (all by email - appearing AI generated). I am writing this to warn others about…

I am writing this to warn others about a serious safety failure with the 12V Heater (Order #S427212) purchased from this store. While in use in my vehicle, the unit began smoking and the plastic casing started melting. This is a significant fire hazard that could have resulted in property damage or injury.
Despite reporting this immediately, it has been over a week and a half with no resolution. The company originally promised a 1–3 day window for a "safety investigation," but they have since gone completely silent. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and have received zero help.
A company that sells heating elements should prioritize safety and customer support. Instead, they are ignoring a report of a defective, dangerous product. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank and file a report with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
Avoid this product and this store if you value safety and customer service.

Do NOT order

I ordered a dog flea collar from them for $59. I finally received a collar, but it was a cat collar. At first they were communicating via email but now they will not respond. I will move to my credit card on Monday to dispute the charge.

Scam

Scam. Had to go through credit card company to get refunded. They charge your card and disappear. One email saying they can't find your order then radio silence.

Refund policy is a joke

Ordered pair of heated socks that were supposed to operate on rechargeable batteries, the ones that came operate on "AA" batteries. It took 3 weeks for the socks to be delivered. Return policy is 30 days on their website. They first tried to talk me into keeping socks for additional 10% off. Told them I wanted refund, and they informed me I would have to pay for shipping to China. Socks were shipped from Illinois.

Scammers

The products I ordered did not work. They don't respond to emails. The contact portal just goes into a loop and never sends the information to them. They are scammers. Stay away from this site.
