After almost 30 years in the IT industry, you get to spot good from bad suppliers. The bad ones will take days or weeks to get back to you with a price, and when they do you can beat it with a quick google. Dan at Deane's has changed all that and is highly contactable and extremely prompt. I also never feel he's working against me, which is a major plus.

Have been dealing with Deane computers for nearly 3 years in which time they have gone from an occasionally supplier to our supplier of choice. The service has always been great and what we need as a small business. In particular our account manager Reiss has been outstanding and often gone the extra mile to deliver a personal service.

We have a server that Deane set up with a RAID 10 array, having 4 drives. Being complete novices when it comes to server administration, we rely heavily on Deane's technical staff to keep the machine up to par. The machine has worked faultlessly and we get Chris to run his (remote) eye over it every now and again. It just works and Deane has done the business from the get go

Used Deane a few times for various computers for clients. I like the fact they have stuff in stock and if I'm desperate I have access to good computers on the next day with 3 years warranty as standard from dell.

Their pricing is good and the sales guy I deal with (Wes) is excellent, not pushy and knows his stuff.
