Disappointed delivery
I ordered 2 bikini tops on 10/08/26 to take on holiday 20/08/26 I paid extra for delivery the best they could offer was delivery by 20/08/26, which I accepted. Today 18/08/26 I contacted Debenhams to enquire about my order to receive an email to say unfortunately its going to be later than expected.
Why has Debenhams not contacted me to explain the situation especially after paying extra for delivery.
What is more frustrating is I've had 2 emails asking if my order is satisfactory. Also I now have to go and buy 2 more bikini tops!

Paid for freight with 3 business day delivery and item has still not arrived one week later. Purchased 11th August, tracking states delivery 20th August.

I asked to change the delivery date
I asked to change the delivery date, which was accepted and then i had an email to say that this was being delivered the next day.
I had to take a day off work to accept the delivery. What is the point of asking customers for delivery dates when you do not take any notice of what they say
