Absolutely a nightmare

Absolutely a nightmare. I tied to make a purchase based on a good name they used to have.
They Charged me but order didn't go through and no refund has been given and no order had been sent to me. Customer Care is rubbish would not reply or if reply , it is with with the same unfulfilled promises. Stay away.

Suggestion....

Suggestion.....when you ask customer for a review, remind them what you bought?. I suspect it was okay because I can't remember any bad experiences lately?. So well done....probably!
