Disgusting customer service, Evri did not deliver my parcel over a month ago I am now just getting repeat emails via chatbots and nothing is getting resolved ~ it’s either lost or stolen, Debenhams are saying they will respond but they don’t!

They took my order and payment of £500 and then sent me an out of stock email saying they'll refund. Still waiting for my money back.

My order said it had not completed…
My order said it had not completed properly when paying. The system said it had had a problem, so I put my order in again. I have been charged twice and have a double delivery. In normal circumstances I would send the duplicate order back, but I understand Debenhams is renowned for making refunds incredibly difficult or offering vouchers. I only ordered items I knew I would not need to return, having duplicate is an unnecessary inconvenience it seems I will have to put up with. I shall make sure I do not use Debenhams ever again
