I haven't received my order. I placed my order 8 days ago, received an email a couple of days later to say the order was delayed and haven't received any information or communication since. I have emailed their customer services who have said to give it until the 25th August which is over a week away. This is an item I would have bought elsewhere if I knew there was such a long delay. It has put me off offering anything from debenhams again. There is no communication or explanation as to why it is delayed and so I'm not sure what has gone wrong.

Will never order again. Paid 75 pounds for clothing and not received a single item. Says its been delivered and I have nothing to show for my 75 pounds

I ordered 2jackets and a pair of shorts only received 1jacket , pair of shorts and a top which was dirty .I didn’t order a top it was 2 jackets size 12 and a pair of shorts .Can yous send me a code to send the top back please thanks

First I ask for invoice of purchase.
Second the delivery is not good. The royal mail didn't good in delivery. I pay next day delivery.

My order still has not arrived, and I have been waiting over 3 weeks. The original order said 2-day delivery not happy as the outfit was for a special occasion

Terrible! initially you feel confident when ordering as they were once a highly recognised high street store, but don't be fooled.

Lots of unreputable dodgy companies selling through the Debenhams website. Delayed postage where you pay higher costs for next day/speedy delivery that doesn't arrive in time. Returns confirmed by royal mail tracking, but not recognised by the seller themselves.

I brought some shoes and paid more for quick delivery for a wedding - they didn't arrive in time so I returned without even opening the package. Followed sellers instructions and posted back - tracking states successfully delivered but have not heard anything. I paid through Klarna so now they are asking me to pay or chase the seller as the refund has not been received.

The delivery was quick, reliable and handled professionally. My item arrived safely and on time.

I thought I was ordering directly from Debenhams Outlet store, but it was through a third party seller. The problem arose when the item was not delivered although the third party seller said it had been delivered. The original order was made on 17th July and today, 15th August, no refund has been issued. I have fired off many emails describing how unhappy I am with their service and that I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! neither should anyone else.

My parcel arrived ripped open. It had been purposely opened to view the contents.

I have ordered 3 times. Everytime I’m sent something completely different to what it shows online. And trying to return it is horrendous. So no I wouldn’t recommend them. Unhelpful rude customer service too. It’s took weeks to try ! To get a refund still waiting.

I ordered the ice maker, was notified of every process.
The price was great, ease of ordering and delivery timescale was good.
Very pleased with the ice maker.

Quick delivery easy to use site easy to navigate

Excellent. The product, a bargain in the sale, was beautifully packed, arrived quickly and is really lovely quality.

Ordered furniture, which was being supplied by DBZ furniture, only to receive an email the day before it was due to be delivered saying thank you for your return, your refund is on the way….?!

I actually wanted the furniture so don’t know why this has happened, the only positive, is that money was refunded straight away.

Delivery a little slow but generally very happy.

Abysmal mirror - Sold as aluminium frame but in fact has plastic corners which cheapen it's appearance.
Thankfully it's being used as a wall mirror as the freestanding leg is flimsy and does not match the frame. Would return if I wasn't in a hurry - Avoid.
