Did not get the bottles I ordered. Instead of €400+ of wines I got approximately €40 of wines. Have tried getting in touch several times - but have not received any confirmation regarding solution after one week. Very difficult to get response from

Many thanks for the bottles of wine you sent. just for your information: In the delivery, 4 glasses were broken, but 2 were whole. So I have received a total of 7 whole glasses and only ordered 6. They have a great range of wines for the enthusiast. When I placed my order I was quickly advised to the status of the order and the quantities available for despatch. Necessary amendments were swiftly made and my delivery arrived well within the allotted schedule.

Have only recently discovered Decantalo and have to say buying the wine is very easy and considering it comes from Spain arrives quite quickly too. It’s well packaged in a sturdy box so it’ll be the delivery company fault if any issues. The best side is I found a Rioja that is truly stunning and rivals even the renowned Vina Ardanza at less than half the price. I would happily recommend them... and the wine!

Today I should have received two boxes of each 12 bottles of wine. One box has been broken by DPD so they have sent one box back to Decántalo. So no wine delivery.

Wonderful Company to use. 100% recommend their great selection of products, even though I order the same each time and their fabulous service. Delivery and Customs taken care of at minimal cost. Why wait!

Decantalo offers an extensive and in-depth range of quality wines and combines this with very high levels of customer service and support which I have enjoyed for a number of years.From my UK perspective it is remarkable how this has continued seamlessly into the post-Brexit world. Bravo!

As of recently, Decantalo.com has stopped shipping orders to Poland. I can understand the lack of shipping to Central African countries or countries on the other side of the globe. However, the lack of shipping to Poland as a member country of the European Union - disqualifies the good reputation of this store.

The order still has not turned up - I have paid nearly £400 and no one has got back to me despite me messaging 4 times, emailing - very very poor service infact I think it maybe a scam as my order was due to be available for pick up from 18 June and suddenly no contact or response back. I am still awaiting an answer- I would not use them they are not good.

My experience is that it is very easy to place an order and the shipment is very quick. The box of great quality arrives in excellent condition.

Easy to order -- interesting range of wines

Great offering on the webshop. One order went missing with the parcel delivery company and Decántalo customer service fixed the problem very well.

The website is easy to navigate and I use it to get Spanish wines that are either unavailable in the UK or at very high prices.The delivery charge is a reasonable £11 or so for a case of six bottles ,direct from Spain,takes a little longer,but has proved to be reliable.The price of quality wines is very good and my only regret is that the UK is out of the EU single market- but that is not the fault of Decantalo.

If you live in the European Union and are planning to send products outside of it, I do not recommend it. I bought several bottles for Taiwan and Seoul, and weeks later, I am still dealing with customs. Once you make the purchase, the company washes its hands of the matter. They inform you about the taxes, but no one tells you about the nightmare you'll face dealing with these countries. I've had to fill out forms in Chinese and Korean, send my passport to websites I wasn't sure I could trust, provide my credit card information in writing, complete numerous forms, and speak with customs officials over the phone. The cost of all the time spent and phone calls makes this entire process not worth it. With South Korea, I still haven't been able to resolve the issue because the app required to pay the fees is only in Korean. Additionally, they only recommend paying the fees physically at a local bank, as they are not set up for remote payments.Furthermore, this company never answers the phone. I wanted to buy four bottles with a gift box and a note for each one. Since the website didn't allow me to add a note to each bottle, I had to place four separate orders even the destination address was the same. As a result, I paid for shipping four times and had to deal with customs four times because the shipments did not arrive simultaneously. It has been a horrible experience.

The wines are wonderful, we tasted them in southern Spain when we visited and now back in USA, they deliver. The delivery process was a little longer than expected and there were a few hang ups in the process, but overall, they were a pleasure to work with and have a great wine selection, now, on my second delivery and plan to continue ordering from them.
