If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered 2 items for Christmas. Still can't believe I did no research first. Items came, terrible, did my research (too late) found same items on Temu for a few pounds. Then nearly impossible to return. Finally agreed return and nearly 2 months later nothing. Do not buy from this company, go to Temu if you really want an item you see (at least there its easy to return).

Bad communication

Supposedly 4-7 day before I get my package, but it's been more than 2 weeks.

Would still be okay if I could track my package, but the info I get is so vague that I don't even know if it's still going to arrive

I’m honestly really disappointed with…

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience ordering from Decarba. The clothes looked amazing online, but when they arrived the quality didn’t match the price at all. The material felt thinner than expected and not as premium as advertised. The fit was also strange — sizing seems inconsistent, so it didn’t sit properly even though I ordered my usual size.

Delivery took longer than stated, and communication wasn’t great. It felt like once they had my money, customer service wasn’t a priority. For a brand that markets itself as high-end streetwear, I expected much better overall quality control and service.

Personally, I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their materials and customer experience.

Returns process complete rip-off

The clothes ordered did not fit and some did not meet the style that was hoped for. The returns process is a complete farce. You have to pay for the return to China!! And complete the return within 14 days of ordering. Postal charges themselves would have cost more than 1/3 of the cost of the order.

Awful company

Awful company. They make it really hard to return anything, telling you you can't return unless the item is faulty (it wasn't just didn't fit!) and asking for photos of the item before you send. They don't make it easy. I can see a return address on their website but waiting to confirm EXACTLY what they need in parcel and where to send as don't trust them at all.

Customer support team helped me w refund

I ordered a black puffer jacket which I had to return. I was sceptical that the customer support team would get in touch but they did, I was able to return the coat and I have just been told the refund is being processed now.

BEWARE - defective & junk

BEWARE - If I could give zero stars I would. The necklace is defective and we sent photos and then a video and they still denied it. It also looks so cheap - as in dollar store cheap. Terrible experience.

The onlineshop shows a trustpilot 5star rating at the checkout, made me curious and came looking here. i see the 1star actual rating and realize that they are misleading and actually fraudulently use fake ratings. not ordering anymore

Awful

Awful! Avoid at all costs! I ordered a hoodie for my son at the beginning of December. It’s never been received. They told me I would get a refund which I never have. I sent several emails and they did respond saying they were looking into it, but never did! They are a joke. Do not order from them.

absolutely terrible quality

absolutely terrible quality.

They sell Temu products for x6 price. everything they sell you can buy exact same off Temu.

everything is undersize and it costs 1/3rd of the product to do a return as they make you pay for it.

0/5 would not recommend! do not buy!!

Delays and errors

The items took around a month to arrive to the UK. When they did I received an email saying that urgent action is required as my items were going to be shipped back to the UK. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of it all so I just requested a straight refund which has taken around a month to process and still not here. Please use any other website/ retailer

Avoid at all costs disgusting company

Horrible company. Sent me a jacket that when I measured the size was 2 inches smaller than the smallest size listed on the size guide. I politely emailed to request an exchange and was told to email them photos of the jacket so they could look further into it. Before I even sent photos they responded telling me they had a photo of my item before it was shipped to me (110% a lie). Very strange being gaslit by a company. Horrible cheap quality as well, wouldn’t throw this on the fire because I wouldn’t want to insult the ash. I have put a chargeback through with my bank so no money lost just a massive headache and massively frustrating having someone tell me I should have checked the size guide when I did before ordering.

Shien / Temu reseller

Pretty much everything on the storefront has been bought from Temu/Shien and is being resold for at least 3x the price, then has the audacity to say it's a discount. Just do a reverse image search on any item on the store.

Wrong sized article, NO SOLUTION.

Not only did they send a wrong size article, but on top of that, handled the situation with absolute disrespect towards me, the customer. They first demanded photographs of the article being measured, acknowledging when studying them that they had issued the wrong article; however, later on, started to state over and over again through the thread that the article they had sent was the size I had paid for. Prior to that, they had told me they couldn't refund me or replace the article since their policy only contemplates incorrect or damaged articles for this kind of solution, and it was when I pointed out that they had sent an incorrect article according to the photographs I had taken, as well as to their very own size chart and STATEMENTS through the thread, that they begun to assure that the article I received was the one I had ordered.
Won't ever buy anything from them. I strongly discourage anyone to purchase from their web... It's also shocking how awful the fabric of the article seems to be, no quality whatsoever. They clearly use Photoshop to make their clothing look impressive on Instagram, but once you feel it, you realize it won't come out whole from the washing machine on its first run...

Shame you can’t rate 0 on here.. ordered a men’s XL jacket for my partner and when it arrived it fit me as oversized! (uk size 6) …
I emailed them stating I want to return because this wasn’t an XL but “we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues if the measurements match the guide”. They don’t. I measured this jacket which was 2cm short on everything! Matched the size L according to their “size guide”.
The response I got (even though I sent picture evidence it didn’t match) was that I did receive an XL and it did match the chart but if I still want to return I have to pay the return fee, customs, warehousing and restocking fees! Absolutely shocking

Nightmare

Nightmare, drop shipped from china, slow delivery and really badly made. The returns policy is very sketchy and they make you pay the postage for return shipping back to china. Obviously designed to make it very hard to return badly made and expensive clothing. Very disappointed.
