This company is awful. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers for my sons Christmas and the sizing was way off, far too small and won't accept a return or an exchange, don't waste your time or money using this company im now out of £80 and left with 2 useless pairs of trousers. Lesson learned!

BIG SCAM COMPANY.
This is not a real company. I ordered a number of hoodies from here, and they simply didn't deliver these items. Email service is run by a wishy-washy AI model that doesn't offer concrete info. Do not buy and I will be reporting them.

The sizes are nowhere near what I was expecting. The website is designed to make you think you’re dealing with a UK company but this is a drop shipping operation based in China. Their website says they offer a no questions asked returns policy but when I tried to return the item (a Christmas gift for my Son) they said they don’t accept returns for items that were correctly fulfilled. They offered me a 10% refund! I do partly blame myself for not checking them out before buying but the website is very convincing. Lesson learned.

Can't return and sizing is totally off compared to US sizing - Men's Large pants fit my 16 year old daughter who is a US size 2 in women's. A total joke. Don't order! They act like you can return but you can only return if you send photos of the item measuring differently than the measurements they provided. Guess I didn't think a men's large would fit a women's small. What a waste of money!

Bought a fleece as a present for boyfriend for Christmas. It looked really nice when it popped up on an Instagram ad; and their page looked pretty legit.
Fast forward after purchasing, I realized Decarba are drop-shipping clothing from China, which you can literally buy the EXACT SAME from Temu; for 4x less of their pricing, even when heavily discounted (i.e Temu price £10, their price £60). When I received it if felt pretty cheap quality and had ZERO original branding - just a tag with their logo. so literally the Temu fleece.
Unfortunately I also bought the wrong size (or they sent me the wrong size, not even sure at this point) when I asked whether I could return and exchange it, and would cover the full costs of transportation to China, the most they could offer me was store credit so I could re-purchase the fleece in the size I wanted, so essentially spend an additional £40. They took about 2 weeks to come back to my emails after multiple failed attempts of the email even landing into an existing inbox, and asked me for pictures of the shipping label to see if they could help (the one that came stuck on to the delivery bag, which I had thrown away weeks prior as any normal person does when they receive an item lol)

Overall pretty bad experience. I appreciate them trying to sort me out, but I will not be repurchasing or recommending their brand. It seems like a couple of guys in a garage trying to make it big by scamming and I blame myself for not having read the reviews beforehand.

They won't refund you any items unless it it faulty.Extremely poor quality and poor customer service.

i purchased track pants and a zip up hoodie. i checked reviews after and realised i had made a mistake . the parcel arrived within a week to my suprise after seeing many people weren't even receiving thier orders. The track pants are okay , i certainly wouldn't recommend however they could have been worse . The zip up on the other hand ... they sent the wrong colour and the quality is terrible . I hate it , can't even sell it as it's not worth 2 pounds . my nan could have made better in the 1960s with her bare hands . DONT BUY ITS A SCAM !!!!!!

Do not buy these over priced products from here.. sizes are completely wrong, delivery takes weeks and when you approach them for a product swap because the sizing is all wrong, they tell you they have 14day return policy even though it's took longer than that to get here.. scammers.. I'm off to trading standards 👍 I've found the exact same top on Temu with a different badge at 80% less

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. No way of returning the items and the email address doesn’t work and comes back saying it doesn’t exist! Likewise they do not reply to any website enquiries. AVOID!

Ordered Sherpa Fleece far too large and just wanted to look at ordering a small but cannot get hold of Decarba to start a return - all email addresses I have found all comeback with failed delivery!! DO NOT BUY

I ordered over a month ago and I have gotten nothing not even an email explaining why it’s not coming. They advertised 7-9 day shipping. I also tried email them on the email on their website and gmail says it’s not a real email. No way to contact them

DO NOT BUY It’s a scam. their email address is fake and all emails bounce back when you try and contact them. i tried to refund within 10 minutes of buying it and it didn’t work. the quality is shein or temu quality. It is a waste of money.

I see lots of bad reviews and I dont know why I have orders several items of clothing from here and everytime its been exactly like advertised and arrived within the estimated time. I would highly recommend ordering from here

Ordered a pair of Jeans in a L, item finally arrived after taking 3 weeks to be delivered.
Item was far too short and wanted to return, was told that unlikely to get a refund as I should have read the sizing details correctly. Told them that i had ordered the correct size but that they gave no information about the length of the Jeans, therefore wanted a refund on that basis. Still negotiating a refund. Absolutely awful company do not order from them

Dropshipped from aliexpress for 5x the price please don’t waste your money. if you want these items look on aliexpress. don’t fall for their lies saying “designed in europe” it’s all rubbish

Scammers. They add “delivery insurance” on to your order and then won’t cancel it. They claim the buyer is responsible for delivery not them.

The ‘easy returns’ referred to on their website involves returning items to China at your own cost. Refunds are only paid once item is acknowledged as returned. Customer service however did however assist me to cancel an order ( I cancelled within fifteen minutes of placing order) and I did receive the refund.

Its a dropshipping shit company with ai replys and haven't gotten my order after one month after its said 1 to 2 weeks max time and have now just been stuck on customer support with is shit
