Spammers. If you make the mistake of giving them your email address, they will start spamming you and distribute your email address to third parties no matter if you give them a permission or not. Moreover, they do not provide any email address in their privacy policy to stop spamming.

I placed 2 orders, they both got cancelled and I received no notification. Avoid

Never buy anything from Decathlon that needs delivery - they use Warning+ - google to see how bad they are - rude and useless - AVOID!

After a week the surf was not sent and I did not receive any updates! I requested a refund, they can not do it!
Fraud!

I'm rating my experience high , as when entering the Broadstairs branch, I was greeted by a lovely young man called Ryan. He was very well mannered, very knowledgeable of my questions.

Poor quality items, returns process difficult, slow and customer service is terrible to try deal with.

I've worked for the company twice in 2 different countries, so I know their core values and customs. That's why I was shocked. I called the customer service to inform them that I made an order but I've got an emergency and won't be at home, so I was asking how I can change to drop it at the neighbours or at a relais point. The lady picked up, said "hello" and shut up. I introduced myself...*silence...and so said "Bonjour". She responded as rudely as possible "je vous écoute(am listening)". Told her my problem and she said, again as rudely as she could, that there's nothing I can do, if am not there during delivery it will go back to the shop and I'll get a refund. Still trying to be patient I said "okay thanks" and she hang up😤. As it happens the delivery guy didn't get me, he called and I explained, he said I can change the delivery to a pickup point once he notes that he couldn't deliver. To say am beyond shocked that Decathlon hires these kinds of people, they in no way represent their values!!

I have shopped several times at Decathlon in Markville Shopping Mall. I'm very happy with their products and the attention received from sales person ANUR. He was knowledgeable and offeres personal attention. Thank you

Decathlon France promises 1-day shipping but uses an unreliable delivery service: DPD. After 1 day, I received an SMS from DPD saying they cannot deliver the parcel and asked me to click on a link to reprogram the delivery. When I clicked on the link, it did NOT work and there was no way to change the delivery. Three days later, the link worked. But I had to reprogram the delivery to a much later date (I still have not received the parcel and it has been 5 days).

Website says dog friendly, but this morning I was told to leave Perpignan store as I had my small well behaved dog with me

Ordered a bike for my daughters birthday. The website said it was in stock and to collect on Tuesday, on the monday they messaged to say it was not in stock and would let me know in three days time when I could expect it. I waited four days and heard nothing, so got onto their live chat, I was assured that it was with the couriers and I would get notified soon when it would be in. Having heard nothing further for four days I messaged again today, and they said it was not even in stock the warehouse which is not even in this country. I now don't know why they were telling me it was with the courier. This was straight up dishonesty. I now have an up to 5 day wait to get the money back. We are way past my daughters birthday. Thanks for nothing decathlon, strongly recommend you dont order anything you need urgently from this company.

Fedex delivered my order to the wrong address and then said that Decathlon had to contact them for me to get a refund. I tried to contact Decathlon by phone 3 times and by email 4 times and they don't answer. They owe me $107.42 and I can't get it back!!!
I don't believe that they are a legitimate company!!

These guys at Decathlon has horrible customer service! Don’t ever shop there folks! Take your business elsewhere!

Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 start review. I have to bring Decathlon to the small claims court to get my refund.
I have honestly never had to deal with such poor customer service. I'm not surprised that they have 65% of 1 start reviews

Terrible customer service experience. I had a faulty large product and have been bounced around about 6 different departments to solve what might be a simple problem. Noone ever gets back to me or coordinates and they refuse to actually speak to the consumer. They send instructions in a different language and none of their phone numbers work. Do not get drawn into thinking it must be ok as it a big company. They don't care.

One star is generous. No legit telephone number for customer care on Google search. General enquires centre is respondent Mamatha is a ruthless assistant with no Customer Care Skills. Avoiding to answer simple questions. I am waiting 4 months and chased 3 times to receive response regarding my leaking tent. DECTHLON IS A BAD QUALITY
