Terrible app. Shocking infact. Deleted never to shop with Decathlon again.

I will definitely not be using this company again for deliveries.First delivery was delivered 30mins drive away and notified 3 days later where it was ..And the last delivery was to be today know it’s in 3 days time maybe ( This I had to do the leg work to find this out .) Because it’s a cheap company doesn’t mean you can treat your customers with no respect.We have a life to live ..
not arranging our time around a delivery that not going to happen…DO NOT USE

So this is really not good. So I was driving a bike when I tried to break with front tire but hten it broke now say me is this worth 360 euros

Seriously not happy with this App. I have emailed so many times and they never fix the problem I have downloaded their latest software over and over again. I did 5.5km today and the watch is showing 19.35 km way out! The sleep activity has stopped working as well. Basically the watch is useless the only thing it can do is tell the time! Decathlon keep saying they will send a new watch but it’s all a nonsense they never do.

No change for a non-fitting (brand new) shoe which was bought online, incredible! Riddiculous brand, no contact for any country they operate in! Same crappy site on each 52 country with no contact info or company details! How are they a legitimate firm? How do they even operate? Fraudulent, stay off!

My husband bought a Donda cycle top for my Christmas present, which was delivered on 11 December. When I opened it on Christmas Day it was too small, but we were away for the holiday period, and now on 2 January I find out that the returns period of 14 days has expired so I can't return it! It seems that when you buy online from Decathlon (who offer 365 day returns) the small print says that their Marketplace partners may offer shorter return periods, or indeed may charge for returns. So BUYER BEWARE. I am really disappointed as we are a Decathlon member and have bought for several years from them, but not again. Make your policies clear Decathlon so people know in advance of their purchase!!

I enjoy every time I go to a Decathlon store. Most of the time I come out with things bought which were not on my list in the first place. The assortment of equipment is unbelievable! There is nothing you might need for your outdoor activities and can not find it in their stores.
However, it’s not only about the assortment.
Decathlon is a budget-friendly store. They keep the prices at a reasonable and affordable level. As it is the quality of the products. Maybe you can’t find those fancy overpriced brands here, but this is not a fancy shop. It is a shop for normal people who look for quality garments at a reasonable price.

I think the rating on this page is not the one that deserves this incredible sports equipment store. I see many of the reviews are regarding the online store, and honestly, I have never ordered online from there.
I prefer going to the store and choosing from their amazingly wide assortment.
Maybe they don’t have the most trendy brands, but if you are looking for quality sports garments or equipment and pay a reasonable price, Decathlon is the place to go.

Rude employee and racist!!!! He didn’t want us to touch any display equipment there. The way he looked at us and follow wherever we go like we’re a thief. I think the employee at scarborough was scared of us finding out that all the equipment were poor qualities. Cheap is more expensive. Don’t do any business with this store.

I placed an order with Decathlonnza.com but never received the order.
I have tried to contact them multiple times via their online system but no response. There is no telephone number listed.
It has been 2 months with no order and no response from them.

The worst do not order online!!!!! The customer service does not exist. Stay away , one of the worst experirnce

Terrible customer service just fobbed off all the time.
Brought a gas cooker in Hungary which failed after 6 weeks I have been told I have to go back to Hungary to get the warranty claim dealt with. Turns out I can't return it to any other store in any other country. This is quite rediculous when it is a worldwide company.

Sorry but you use Chronopost which is beyond dire in this area. It has been sat at their depot for 3 days and no signs of immediate delivery before next week. Also when I did drive 90 mins to collect my order the watch was missing from the box. Your messenger system is terrible and all you do is send me emojis describing my experience which is so irritating when you do nothing! I have had no compensation for the fuel driving to collect my order or indeed the phonecalls I have had to make to Chronopost or Decathlon for the delays and mistakes. You really are a terrible outfit!

Decathalon sold me a bag shipped it to the wrong address. Told me tough luck they aren’t responsible and it’s not their problem. Horrible customer service, list a customer due to their bad service.

Ordered air mattress online. Was told multiple times order cancelled but also have emails saying order complete. Have absolutely no idea what is or isn't coming. Impossible to speak to anybody to resolve issue. Emailed Decathlon and got a response from somebody in the US when I am in the UK where nobody responds. Absolutely shocking service and strongly advise others to stay clear.

One word.... WOW... the FORCLAZ MT900 Tunnel tent... I must say, I think this is the perfect 1 man and his pack tent (advertised as 2 man) absolutly delighted with it. Following extensive research... This is without doubt the very best tent for the price range, and would even challengne top end models. At only 1.75kg, It's as close to perfect as you can get..... Very impressed and would highly recommend.

In Bangkok, in Silom, they demand that you give them your email address or they refuse to sell to you. Of course, you only find out about their blackmail when it's time to pay. I wasted almost an hour for nothing.

Je commande un article au DECATHLON BEGLES , il est en stock je paye...Le lendemain je recois un email plus de stock on vous rembourse...Je vérifie en ligne : article TOUJOURS EN STOCK ....Je telephone l'acceuil m'explique : les vendeurs ont du constater qu'il n'y avait plus de stock!! ok alors je reponds mais a l'ecran devant mes yeux il est indiqué : en stock !! ah oui les vendeurs ont pas du mettre à jour!!!
BON ALORS A QUOI CELA SERT IL D OFFRIR LA COMMANDE EN LIGNE SI LES STOCKS NE SONT PAS MIS A JOUR ?????

On Jun 29 I purchased a folding bicycle from decathlon.com and it arrived damaged and unsafe to ride (See attached photographs). I called and emailed FedEx and was informed I have to contact the retailer (Decathlon) to start a claim on the damaged delivery. Since then, I have called 4 times and sent 6 emails to Decathlon's customer service. To date; I have not received a returned call and only received the same email auto-response. In order to get a claim started with FedEx I need Decathlon to respond to me, but they are ignoring me. So, lesson learned, STAY FAR AWAY FROM them unless you do not plan to have to return the item. You are better off going to Amazon.

Tried to return bladder for kayak 30 calls later no answer call 31 they answered then told me they would call back this did not. A joke of a sevive
