I ordered my Xmas Tree from Deco and Lemon for Carrefour - it was hopeless! Wrong Size. After customer care a disaster. Their website is a disaster. Contacted Deco and Lemon in person - EXCELLENT!! They resolved the situation within the hour and made sure I got the correct tree within a few days and the Xmas Tree is of good quality and looks lovely!

The delivery was prompt and the items are as fully described in the advertisement . Of good quality and good value compared to similar from other sellers.

The merchandise arrived after 2 weeks. It was perfect and the only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the long delivery time.

Order was sent on 24/48 hour delivery but took nearly 2 weeks to be credited as ‘lost’, to then have an email from carrier saying it was being returned to sender!

Perfect product, good price and good delivery. The only things could be better is the handles, little cheap but I changed them with others and it's perfect now.

Goods arrived within the stated delivery period.
Some external damage to the outer carton, but internal packaging ensured glass components were fine.
Assembly was easy - but there must have been a modification to the product as the assembly instruction manual did not quite match the components. The feet assembly had been improved. Not a serious issue, but should be addressed.
One annoying thing was the 'Artikel No' label stuck on the glass was difficult to remove - require propanol to ensure no marks. Should not have been necessary. The tempered glass label came off cleanly.
But product looks good, is solid, is as described and met all expectations.

I ordered a plank of wood that was 3m long. When it arrived it was broken in two, diagonally, I am guessing from transport. I contacted them and they asked for a photo. Then I heard nothing, zero, nada. I tried to reach out again.... nothing. Disappointing and money down the drain. I bought this item in July 2024 and I am writing this in February 2025.

Very bad quality, I had to trash the plastic box in the same day of delivery because it broke. 40 eur lost, will not order again there

The combined products to make up a complete unit were not on offer. Instead I had to buy the parts and find the necessary fixing bits, like screws, from elsewhere.
