We had gone to Hatton Garden the previous day but following the recommendations from a few friends we had to try Decoris before we committed to anything.

The service was amazing and Mursalin was very helpful! He walked us through the whole process and the difference between diamonds and their classification. He also helped us to choose a diamond that would look best for the design we wanted and I have to say the final product was absolutely stunning.

The rings were also needed quite quickly and we got them before the date we were promised!

Everything went really well, we were there for two hours, they explained their products and the various quality. They have deep knowledge and excellent customer service. I am impressed and will recommend them. I found them more genuine than some of the shops in Hatton Gardens. Alhamdulillah we have placed the orders. Exceptional service! They are very professional and transparent. They will personalise their service to your needs. I had a tight schedule to collect my ring (as I had a flight to catch), they were not available in the office at the time that was convenient for me but they made it happen still! You can put all your trust in them that you will receive everything they promise.

My fiancé and I had the most excellent experience at Decoris when purchasing our wedding bands and engagement ring. We had previously visited Hatton Garden and would often get a lot of pressure from the shops to make a purchase. We were then recommended Decoris by a friend and we are really glad we visited. Mursalin at Decoris provides a brilliant service, he is very patient, answered our endless questions and the aspect we liked in particular was that there was no pressure to buy. Another aspect which made Decoris stand out was that Mursalin would take the time to explain the 4 Cs and explained the GIA chart with a lot of knowledge. I was able to see on the computer screen during the consultation a range of diamonds and the ratios etc. Our budget was taken into consideration to find the best option for us. After placing the order, the rings were ready within a few weeks and we were really, really happy with the rings. Mursalin also responded to our questions via WhatsApp very promptly and he would always offer refreshments when we visited which was a nice touch. The quality of the service was impeccable and the quality of the rings were amazing too. Highly recommend Decoris for couples looking to buy their engagement and wedding rings.
