Tiny sample sent only a4 not even full width of wallpaper. This was not free. Paid for sample and delivery. Not sure how you could ever make a decision on such a small sample. Would never use again.

Hello Emma, We have just checked your order and can see that you ordered a sample of Graham & Brown wallpaper that we do not keep in stock but order direct from Graham & Brown.
Graham & Brown only send A4 samples as do most high end manufacturers and although we do understand that these seem small it is the standard size for them to ship and the size is something that we have no control over.
We do charge for samples as we are now charged by brands like Graham & Brown for all samples and as a small independent we cannot absorb those costs.
If you would like to get in contact with us we can arrange for a couple of samples to be sent direct to you free of charge but unfortunately we cannot ship any larger samples of this particular wallpaper as A4 is the only size that Graham & Brown supply.

I don’t often go out of my way to write…
I don’t often go out of my way to write a review but just had to about Decor Supplies. My interior designer chose quite an expensive paper and thought that we had ordered enough however my decorator realised we didn’t have enough. I placed an online order for more and overnight I realised that the batch number may not be the same and panicked. I called 1st thing and spoke to Dave who was super helpful and confirmed that he had already checked my previous order to ensure the correct batch number was sent, he also ensured that it was received the following day! 10/10 service, brilliant, thank you so much 😊

Great service from Decor Supplies
From start to finish we received an excellent service. They had to order in some wallpaper for us which we needed urgently and they arranged for the supplier to send it directly to us to save time. Then afterwards we had one roll too many and it was very easy to send it back and get a refund. Emily kept us informed the whole time. Would definitely recommend this company.
