I can't thank the Deepcharts team with Rodolfo, Marco Andrea and Fabio enough and last but not least Antonio who is just a genius by creating such an intuitive, beautiful and amazing software and platform. I'm really grateful I came across them cause they've been a blessing to me! This is what really professional trading is and so far I haven't seen or encounter any other platform or team that delivers such valuable information to a space so hurt by fake gurus and people who doesn't even have an idea on what trading really is and what really moves price. They give weekly sessions that have an amazing value, and show a high standard of professionalism; their support is amazing and ready to help whenever you need them. I've been in the trading space since 2020 and trust me until I started learning from them is when I really took the red pill and started seeing the market by its true nature. You're basically learning from the BEST scalper and trader in the world ( Fabio) and the other team members who are really professional traders. There's no better place to learn about trading than here and the amount we pay for the software of Deepcharts is ridiculously a Bargain to what they deliver! They trade live with you on Live markets and walk you through their mental processing of information which is what one needs in order to start seeing the market by how it really is. Sooner or later you'll need a mentor and they are just amazing at doing so. I've always been skeptical about the people that I learn from and when I came across the first video I saw from them ("trading with the best scalper in the world") I was like: "Wow, I didn't even know there were trading competitions" which gave me an amazing confidence since that's kind of like a way of knowing that you learn from traders that really live out by having official results of trading and not out of fake promises. I mean Fabio for example has over 2k trades performed during the world trading cup which is a crazy amount of trades to take as an "out of sample" analyze and improve. They will save you years and years of fake promises but remember they give all this invaluable knowledge but only we are the ones who need to have the discipline, to put in the work and to bleed in order to be succesfull. Thank you Deepcharts, you have a client for life!!!

I’ve been using deepcharts for a while and honestly I think it’s a game changing platform.
The main thing I like is that it’s not just full of random tools, but it actually gives you a lot of useful stuff if you are serious about volume analysis, order flow tools and a lot of customization.
And when I say customization, I really mean it. The possibilities are almost endless, but at the same time the interface is fast and intuitive, so you don’t need an engineering degree just to turn a feature on or off, like it happens with some other platforms.
Some proprietary indicators are also very interesting and powerful, and the fact that you can connect different data feeds at the same time is a big advantage, especially if you need a professional setup, like managing different accounts.
Overall, I think Deepcharts is one of the most interesting platforms out there for traders who really care about volumes, order flow and market structure. Not a magic-button platform, but a serious tool for serious traders.

I’ve been using this platform for a few years now—since it was known as Volsys (Volumetrica) and now in its current evolution as Deepcharts. I rely on it primarily for my long, medium, and short-term market analysis.

One of its biggest strengths is performance: I can load massive amounts of historical tick-by-tick data over very wide timeframes, and the software remains remarkably fast and stable. The various Volume Profiles and TPO (Time Price Opportunity) charts are incredibly precise, and the ability to quickly switch between different visual representations is a huge plus.

Deepcharts offers a vast array of market analysis tools. When used correctly, they provide an outstanding edge in evaluating market conditions and planning the right trading strategies.

Overall, the platform perfectly covers all my needs for both pre-market preparation and real-time execution. I rarely need to contact customer support, but on the few occasions I did, they always provided feedback within 24 hours, often much sooner.

Lastly, having witnessed the platform's continuous evolution over the years, I truly appreciate the development team's mindset. They are highly focused on software optimization and refining their indicators. Instead of adding flashy, "commercial" features with little real substance, they prioritize strictly functional, top-tier professional tools. Highly recommended for any serious trader.

My honest response after 6 weeks of usage - I used before several years TradingView. This tool is just a game changer, because you see WHY the market moves and WHY sometimes your pattern (Trendlines, FVGs, S&R, Fibo,....) worked before in TradingView and sometimes not.
What I really really LOVE about DeepCharts
a) they give you a free Masterclass so that you are ready to go after 1 weekend
b) there is a Risk Manager already implemented, which protects you from overtrading
c) there is a Trade Copier inkluded, which also cost already again 50$/month
d) you have 3 Live-Sessions every week at the moment which are also recorded
e) the support team helped me every time very fast and very friendly

Deepcharts is simply a game-changer! The performance is absolutely top-notch. Even with complex charts and multiple indicators, everything runs buttery smooth and lightning fast.

I'm especially impressed by the extremely high customizability of the platform. You can adapt almost everything exactly to your personal preferences. On top of that, there are countless unique indicators I haven't found anywhere else.

Another huge highlight is the access to videos and live streams from pro traders like Fabio Valentini and Andrea Cimi. Learning directly from these experts in real time is incredibly valuable.

The support is also outstanding. Competent, friendly, and extremely fast with responses.

An absolute must-have for any serious trader. Highly recommended!

I have the pleasure to work with the developers of Deepcharts for a couple of years and I am really very happy. These guys are on of the most talented persons I have ever met. Some items are not perfect yet but compared to other platforms this is for sure on par.

When I first saw Andrea's & Fabio's YouTube videos of their trading I knew right away I had to have it - the information & tools this platform has keeps you out of bad decisions and enables great decisions. This is the sniper tool you all need. Good bye blind price action trading, fib levels, ICT. You just put your trading strategy whatever it is on steroids.

Platform is laggy even using a 400mbps connection
Customer service denied to refund the money because they has fraud like terms and conditions which literally make it impossible to get a refund from them

Performance Failures: The software is unusable. Expect extreme latency, frozen screens, and corrupted footprint charts. Loading takes 10–15 minutes, failing miserably against competitors like ATAS.

The "Red Flag" Culture:
Support has ghosted all refund requests. The Discord community is heavily manipulated through:

Censorship: 24-hour mutes for reporting lag.

Deletion: Instant removal of performance critiques.

Ghosting: Total silence on billing issues.

Multiple users report the same technical failures and predatory moderation. This is no longer just a bad product; it’s a pattern of unfair business practices.
