I have placed two separate orders to this company, and paid them both beforehand(mistake, don’t do this with them). I sent both orders back, and according to the tracking numbers they’re received them too.
After a while I tried to log in to my customer account, which they made for me with the first order, to see if theres somekind of markings about my returns being in process, but the renovated website said that I have ”wrong password”. I didn’t, my phone saved it and I used it before without any problems. Well, I changed the password and when I finally got into my account, it said that I dont have any recent orders.
Then I reached them via email just to make sure the process is on, and I will be getting my money back.
I was surprised they didn’t answer in four days, and sent a new message. Nothing.
Now it’s been two weeks from my first email, and still now answer. They have over 200€ of my money, and they don’t even bother answering from their customer service. I made a reclamation via PayPal, but they haven’t answer there either.
Don’t know how they can work like this? It’s year 2023 and everyone should know that this is not the way to treat customers. I surely am not going to order anything anymore and will make sure to tell my experiences about them to everyone.
I understand that the returning process can be rather long sometimes, but not to answer to the customer is very unprofessional and bad customer service. I have no clue if I’m ever getting my money back.

As you can see, they gave me another email address from where they responded quickly, and put the process in motion via PayPal. Oh, and gave me 20% discount for my next(😅??) order.
So what’s the purpose of the adress they have on their website?

A jacket I purchased was returned to the shop (DHL fault), and I've been trying to contact the shop to have them send the jacket again or refund the money but there is no answer. There is no customer service, hence it's impossible to make a claim of any kind. They don't answer e-mails nor whats app. Nothing.

This was my first order in Def-shop, unfortunately, I got a negative experience. Of the 3 items I ordered, 1 was completely different from what I ordered. My order No. is 42747985. I contacted customer service, received a return receipt, and sent the wrong item back the same day. The return package was delivered to the store on July 13, but the money has not yet been returned to me. The site indicates the return period of money - 4-6 working. days. I called to find out when I could expect a refund and was told that I have to wait 10-14 days from today's date July 20th!! Because they have a lot of work!! This is the first time I have come across such a situation - usually online stores return money in case of errors on their part as quickly as possible, within 1-2 days. For what reason I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund, I do not understand. In addition, they simply do not respond to emails. Very, very sorry, I liked the assortment so much, and the quality of the clothes is good. I planned to place another order in this store, and of course, to buy in the future, but in such a situation, the desire to order something from them simply disappears.

They responded to my review - returned the money and sent a letter of apology. Well, thanks for the promptness and for resolving the issue. It's amazing that such a large online store does not solve such simple issues with their customers in private, without public discussion. Or rather, they are simply not resolved in private - it is impossible to achieve anything either by mail or by phone.

DefShop cancelled my order after taking payment because the item was “not deliverable” despite it being in stock. I reordered and again it was cancelled after payment was taken. They did refund me, however due to my pounds being converted to euros, they was an additional charge that I was not compensated for. I emailed to enquire what “not deliverable” means and got no answer. I will never attempt to shop there again.

I've ordered an article from Def Shop which was a little too small. After talking to customer service via email I ordered a larger size and returned the smaller size via post for free. Received my money via Klarna after several weeks. They might not be as fast as Amazon or Zalando but there's nothing to complain about. Overall, I had a really good experience and would come back again!
