Later discovered a serious inability for a sufficient excuse as to their actions and conflicting statements, where honesty could cost more than a job or a service contract.
Failure to recognise service eligibility despite the requirement being standard blanket and fobbing off to the “designed to be lesser BLC for lesser services” whilst contradicting themselves re: closure
Almost amounts to a serious breach of contract. Can see why they closed their phone line.
Comparable to already publicly accessible discounts.
