These people offer amazing customer service, the packaging is amazing, thoughtful and delivery is prompt.
I cant recommend them highly enough, and wish I had discovered the website years ago. Go no further if you want excellent Italian products without the hassle of searching loads of shops.

Delicatezza supplies a huge variety of Italian products. Everything is always fresh. Packaging keeps the fresh food like Salame, Prosciutto, Italian Salsiccia cold for delivery. If there are issues with the courier and the stuff arrives late, they always go out of their way to support the client. Grazie mille Delicatezza

We recently placed an order and it arrived in just 2 days, impeccably packed, in perfect condition, and with generous expiration dates on all products. When I ran into a minor issue with my order, the Delicatezza team resolved it right away after a couple of quick emails. Extremely efficient, reliable, and highly recommended!

Our great value source for Barilla sauces and dry pasta/ Salsicciamo sausages/ crackers& biscotti/ plus a great product range to tempt the tastebuds.

My order arrived with several items damaged, including packets of biscuits that were completely crushed. The packaging was poor, with fragile items simply placed on top of heavier groceries without any proper protection. Even in the photos provided by the company, you can clearly see the biscuits were stacked on top of everything else with no adequate wrapping.

When I raised the issue, the company refused to take responsibility and essentially washed their hands of it, saying the items were placed correctly in their view. This is not acceptable when goods are clearly not protected for transport.

I will not be ordering from them again and I do not recommend them at all. It is better to go to a physical store, spend slightly more, and actually receive products that are intact and properly handled.

Fantastic product. I particulary love the orange/lemon soda, the pork meatballs & of course the pasta. I bought the panna cotta l had fun translating it. Its receive well packaged & delivered with care. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been ordering from Delicatezza regularly for over a year. They offer an excellent service at a very good price. I'm Italian and really appreciate having my childhood breakfast biscuits delivered to me every few months! Plus items like Chinotto, which are virtually impossible to find elsewhere.

The burrata is excellent as is the lovely customer service & the driver who turned up on time with a smile. My happy customer.

I have ordered a few times over the years as they offer some of my favourite products, often with great discount offers.

I tend to order lots of items in glass bottles/jars and they are always extremely well wrapped in fully recyclable material.

Fresh items have always arrived still chilled and I have never had an issue with delivery.

Another excellent experience with them. Haven't ordered for a couple of years, and they had an offer so I gave them another go. The order was short an item but they apologised and refunded me within the hour. A happy customer.

We order from this company because we get what we ordered not a substitute like other companies the things what they sell are very good why buy Italian food from a normal supermarket
It tastes better buying from a Italian company who you can speak to on the phone if you get stuck with what you are looking for I recommend this company above anyone else delivering your items come from PDP and it's in a secure box

Had a friend come back from Italy recently and she bought me a Torta Limone cake and I was addicted. I found Delicatezza and was glad I did. Its my first order with them and the products are great, packaged well and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend if you want quality Italian food especially the bakery goods 10/10
