Don't buy Dell

I just spent (wasted) over four hours today online with Dell SupportAssist, and got absolutely no help. It is like talking to a wall. Do they really think a person would chat with them for hours if there wasn't a problem? Well, that's what they told me, that my almost unusable laptop was just fine. I will never buy another Dell, and paying for premium support was money wasted.

I am never going to buy another dell…

I am never going to buy another dell system.

I bought a Dell Precision in 2020. Since the beginning, it failed at updating the bios. After 5 onsite visits and 2 trips to the depot, they sent me a replacement. The replacement did not even boot up. They sent in another replacement and in 2 months one of the display ports on the graphics card failed. This is ridiculous. No more Dell for me in this lifetime

Now one would expect that if you pay…

Now one would expect that if you pay good $$ for business products one would expect support that is on the same level. Not with Dell, you can spend 5K on Laptop or 1K on 4k Monitors and even have the pro support, you still get crappy support from India. You can not understand a word they say with there fake learned British accent and even worse the one you talk too are technically sub par. Compared to HP support this is day and night. Had an HP Zbook Laptop before and workstation and their support was spot on. Once my Dell 7760 Laptop and Dell T7920 reach there end will go back to HP where they not only sell great products but deliver business level support.

Hi everyone,I am a student and bought a new laptop from walmart (Dell inspiron 7506 2n1 -15.6inch screen)--- (ST-7G65D63)---on Jan/31/2021. After 3 -4 days the system goes down and became black screen I tried to go walmart due to snow fall I was unable to go to Walmart. Later I went to Walmart,I requested but they told to contact the dell ,if I call dell support they told contact dell warranty team. It is very hard I raised case also in dell I have one year warranty too .Their is no proper response from dell I didn't think they just put me on hold or they will convey within 48 hours.
