Placed an order 30th Aug and 1st indication was that I would receive it on 2nd and then 6th Sept. On 9th I requested a refund and raised the matter with the seller. I was informed that it was dispatched by Royal Mail. Tracking showed no indication of being dispatched and took a screenshot as proof! On 12th I requested an immediate refund with effect, with no response! On checking recent reviews I could see that several customers have experienced the same problem with non - receipt of orders. Little communication from seller and my 1st experience of non - delivery in many years of using ebay. Thankfully most sellers are reliable. Refund issued by ebay upon escalation. Item received 5 weeks later and did the honourable thing in returning unopened!!

Bought from their amazon store,a nd I was really dissapointed. I've been waiting for about two weeks, and the cards were never sent. The seller did not even bother to write a message, or notify my in any way of any delay or problem with the order... Furthermore, I had to ask Amazon to step in and help in order to get the purchase refunded. Complete waste of time, and I almost went on holiday without SD cards foy my new camera.

Ordered the wrong size SD card, contacted them twice in 2 days and no reply back, looks like a SCAM company.

Wouldn’t replace it or help at all. Cowboys. To be avoided.

Scam!! Brought a "sandisk ultra" which in fact was not a "sandisk ultra" but a cheap rip off! No response from seller and they have not marked the item as delivered as to prevent me from leaving a negative review! Total scam like the other buyer on here said. I'm not happy with this scam of a supposed "company" AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED ALSO!

Denada Sales LTD is a UK based retailer of flash memory that promises "genuine products and great customer service". The store operates in eBay under the name 365daystechshop and is a fraudulent seller
that abuses eBay policies to sell you defective/broken items written off as "refurbished as new".

In my situation I bought two alleged "SanDisk" USB flash drives with USB 3.0 interface, but the flash drives do not work, and just get extremely hot after half a minute plugged.

Since this seller has a lot traction on eBay, and there are no review pages anywhere, it's almost impossible to warn people about it.

If you read this and want to buy from 365daystechshop (Denada Sales LTD), DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Any MicroUSB, and USB Storage Device that is being sold as "new" is most probably defective, or the seller has a cheap Chinese supplier that supplies the retailer with rip off clones.

You will get scammed of your money, you will not get responses to your questions, and you will not get your money back.

As a buyer, you are required to pay shipping fees to return the item, in order to get your money back, and even that is not guaranteed (how this eBay seller abuses the policies).

Basically, the seller is free to do whatever he damn pleases

There are several report of people not getting their money back even after sending the item back, but these people are being scrubbed under the rug because of the large amount of ratings.

Perfect scammer scheme. Has big tractions and is free to sell garbage to knock off some easy money.
