We had a mobile visit for our cat Oliver to get his pet passport sorted before an international move, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Natali came to our home fully prepared, was calm, efficient, and incredibly kind—both to us and to Oliver.

Natali took care of everything (nails, vaccination, full check) and answered my many, many questions about transporting a cat to France with patience and clear, practical advice. It was obvious she really knows her stuff, and that made the whole process much less stressful.

Scheduling online was easy, communication beforehand was quick and helpful (even over the holidays), and the home visit itself was a game-changer for a nervous cat. On top of all that, she was just genuinely pleasant to spend time with. Highly recommend if you want competent, thoughtful care without the usual vet-visit stress.

Natali came and visited us to treat our 17 year old cat for mobility, stiffness and pain issues. It was such an amazing experience, she really took the time to make Olive as comfortable as possible and to approach slow. She also took the time to explain to us all of our treatment options. You can see she really loves animals and she genuinely cares about her furry patients.

Taking Olive in to the vet is no longer an option as she gets so stressed she turns feral and dangerous, so she has to be fully sedated for anything. Olive had a few growls but it was so positive and as little stress as possible. Honestly, with a service like this, you never have to put your pet through the stress of a vet visit again.

She has been extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive, especially in emergencies (we’ve had a few 😅). It’s clear how much she loves animals—our dog loves her and is always trying to give her kisses!
