Their reps 'chatted' me up for over two months telling me confirmed details from the dentist in question and then when I finally talked directly to the dentist - AFTER - he and the reps told me to book my dates/appts/travel --- then told a different story so I lost money on flights and hotels and had to find my own dentist. --- ANOTHER rep also set me up with another dentist stating they could get me in and then when I spoke directly with that dentist - same story: changed the entire decision about what or when they could do it and over the course of 2.5 months of discussing this, the prices also changed. Big surprise. Don't deal with them. They lie. -- and worse; zero empathy for your situation nor consideration for financial loss. Not once, after asking multiple times, was I able to talk to anyone in an authoritative position. Who the hell runs this sham anyway?

…. and the fact that they responded to me now, 2 days ago, TWO YEARS LATER, ++… Is pretty telling. Stay far far away from these scammers.

Don't waste your time going through this company it is easier if you deal directly with the dentist. They don't return phone calls, they dropped the ball in setting up my transportation from the airport, and never even sent over my CT scans to the dentist so when I arrived there was much confusion.Thankfully the dentist itself has been amazing but I would not use the third party to arrange it. I worked with Erick, he told me that oh everything is fine, when actually it wasn't.

I wrote Dental Departure and asked why there were only 5 star reviews. i try to upload a review on a dental clinic that almost cost me my life, but they wouldn't upload it, i sent it in person to "grant.butler-dentaldepartures.com" and care@ which promise to upload and get back to me, and nothing.
now i know they supporting bad clinics just to gain $$ , DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS Dishonest WEBSITE/COMPANY

They sent me to a clinic in Mexico that are lying thieves. I reviewed that in another time on here, Anyrate they still have been promoting them, even with everything this clinic did to me and others.
They quote you one price and start the work, so you're stuck and tell you that you owe more, they say they use high quality material, they even told me the teeth implants would be made of porcelain, knew there wsa something off, went to a dentist in Illinois and they told me the material they used was what you use for temp. teeth not perm., they used acrylic. For months I've been trying to talk to a manager at Dental Departures to let them know everything that is going on with the place they promote but they hide behind their reps.,, no call backs and now they have my number blocked...Yes, my number blocked..Seriously.
I guess the good old dollar paid to them from clinics that are no good are more important then patients being happy!!
Gladly email or call me if you want to know all the details, its extent, which dental departure knows about via email, which they ignore them to now.

GUADALAJARA DENTAL CLINIC is the name of the clinic that screwed me over. Which they refuse to give me my money back or ever work on me again...Praise the Lord. I, guess when someone like myself sticks up and is a whistle blower on the evil that is going on in a company, I'm the bad one. ;) I, just want to save other people from the hurt of being ripped off because this whole situation has mentally killed me and these companies don't care, they made their money.I, had to go in debt with a loan to get my dream teeth, they got their money and I'm here trying to find a fix in Illinois I can't afford. They sleep at night and I'm up all night from the stress!!
Again if you have any questions or have any bad things that happen to you with either of these places please get a hold of me.

I do not ever recommend to dentist colleagues to keep being member of dentaldeparture.com
They are fraudulent company who secretly propose extra commision to send patients to the clinics..
so you cannot have a patients unless accept to pay more than you've official agreement of 25 percents..

They just keep in list your clinic only for advertisement of their own company not yours..and they give you hope by sending fake patient enquiries..so they are not reliable..
Result is ending disappoint because of non quality cheapest treatment..

Don't walk......run from these guys! I had a consultation with Luis (no medical background) and he sold me on going to Supreme Dental in Los Algodones Mexico......I was sold a bill of goods that was so far from the truth....now i am paying the price. I spent over $9k on crowns and 2 root canals (the root canals i did not need and according to my Dentist in Atlanta were totally unnecessary)...... within 24 hours once i got home 2 of my crowns have fallen out, and my bite is so far off that i now have to get all of my upper crowns removed and replaced by my Dentist at a cost of $21K!!!.....should have never made the initial call to Dental Departures...lessoned learned on my part.....PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

They refused to give me the dental office's contact information. She said she couldn't give me a quote for just the installation of braces, that it has to include monthly maintenance in Mexico. I said I live in Canada, I only need the installation, she then said .. who knows maybe that quote is just the cost of installation. That quote was easily six times the installation cost in Mexico. She gave me a quote for regular cleaning, I then asked for a prophylaxis cleaning quote. One second, she didn't know what it was, the next she second she's telling me that it's the quote she just gave me. Who would travel for a procedure or dental work not knowing how much it cost.

They offered at the internet a laser teeht whitening - Pola Office (7-9 shades brighter) for 5000 Bath. At the clinic they showed me a booklet with 5-7 shades for the laser teeht whitening - Pola Office. Anyway I agreed. After a few minutes the nurses came with an offer for blue light whitening for the same price. I disagreed and told them I only want laser teeth whitening. Moreover the blue light whitening is much cheaper (3500 Bath) at other clincs.
After several minutes of discussion they came again with the same offer for blue light whitening.
I left absolutely disappointed

I applied to have dental all on 4 and was quoted a price for this to be done in Turkey. I was told it would be done under sedation as I have a massive fear of dentists. I was told all my original teeth would be extracted and all on 4 fitted and the. I would go back in 4 months for the permanent ones. But it never happened without consulting me on the day they did sinus lifts and wanted another 2000 euros. No sedation. Then they filed my teeth and did crowns that were all splintered. They made the crowns in one day and fitted them badly. These are permanent emax crowns and they made 16 in 1 day. Not my mouth hurts stop after 16 days and the crowns do not fit well at all. None of the treatment was sedated which I paid extra for. Please avoid at all costs.

I wrote Dental Departure and asked why there were only 5 star reviews. No response. Looking through all of the reviews of the different clinics I have found no 4 star reviews, no 3 star, no 2 star and no 1 star reviews. That's not right. One other reviewer wrote the Dental Departure deleted all the negative reviews. I believe that.

Another internet scum. Do not trust them. The clinics are not trustworthy. Wasted of money. Avoid it.

Dental Departures is very dishonest. All they want is money. They do not care about the patients they recommend to these clinics. I went to Mexico based on DD's recommendation. I now have no teeth, anything the dentist did has to be redone the right way and I am out $5300 USD! DO NOT USE DENTAL DEPARTURES

I have been a patient at Alamo Dental in Los Algodones Mexico on three occasions, most recently this past week.
I have only very positive things to say, I had Dr Angel all three times, very informative, and very easy to talk to.
On this last trip I had a tooth pulled and chose to have a bone graft done. This procedure was done by Dr Gaby, again very informative and thorough.
I would highly recommend Alamo dental for any work.
