Implant Crown Impression Creation & Installation and Administration of a Third Kind

Some of my experience.

It took 2 visits (on 10/15/2025 and 02/12/2026) and 3 impression takings before my implant crown was created. The crown cost 38% higher than the High of average cost according to AI Overview on 04/05/2026, and higher than the High listed on costtrends.org’s 2026 California price guide (also on 04/05/2026). The dental chair I uncomfortably settled on to get the implant crown installed on 03/11/2026 looked worn out and dirty. The dental assistant told me it was OK when I questioned and hesitated to sit on the dental chair.

On 11/06/2025, 64 days after I changed my contact number to a cell phone number on 09/03/2025, without checking with me what had happened, Office Manager (OM) advised me that Dental Fabulous had a form for clients to fill out to change phone numbers, attempting to justify Staff A’s calling me on my old phone number 2 days before. The advice was given after Staff S (SS) had called me 3 times on my cell and attempted to send me 2 messages that I never received. I asked SS if the messages she sent me were email or text; SS never answered the questions I had for her. As for where SS sent the 2 messages TO, OM responded in her email, “As per email, we do respond from two different emails…”

DF has a lot of room for improvements, for example,

Develop the skills necessary for its trade: High charge goes hand-in-hand with high professional skills.

Follow faithfully its own business protocols and not blame others for failing to abide by its own rules.

Handle each and every administration problem with impartiality based on facts and address the issue right on.

Apologize for wronging anyone.
