Bought a Wrist watch with birds and nest with chicks that moved and supposed to have a repeater on as on the sale Video.
Took weeks to arrive and the watch was just cheap and the birds were painted on and not movable and no bird sounds repeater, the only thing that moves are the hour and minute hands.
Emailed them and got a load of Rubbish
Wanted either the correct watch as shown or a refund.
As yet nothing SCAM FIRM DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

This is a such a scam website I am going to complain on Facebook they should not let them advertise at all,
Taking money from people is so bad, but Karma will get them back

SCAM. Continual emails to say “on way” or “shipped” or “could be at your post office” . Tracking numbers don’t work. Ordered 5 weeks ago. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. 100% is a scam.

wouldn't even give the one star if i didn't have to. Absolute shambles. Been lied to given false tracking different tracking number s. Still waiting. Get an occasional
e mail after I have sent several, all generic ones saying it's on it's way. Have requested money back and they ignore that.
Emails contradict themselves saying it's on it's way,, its being shipped, it will be dispatched soon, it's held up because of covid 19.

Please protect your money and avoid this terrible company. All evidence leads to them being a scam

Don’t use this company. Shocking service, ordered a Pilates ring 5 weeks ago, still to arrive. Someone called Megan occasionally responds to my emails but won’t give me a refund or tell me when the product will arrive. They are scammers.

Bought a bracelet from this company , when it arrived it was far too big for me and kept on dropping off / more of a mans size .I’ve emailed this company countless times , but never received a reply ! I’ve posted the bracelet back to them today and if I don’t get my money back I will be taking further action 😡 never deal with this company , scammers ! !

Shocking! Nothing but a con. I accidentally ordered 2 items instead of one, contacted them immediately, but they said too late item has already shipped and to wait arrival. Arrival took 4wks and not they are only offering 30% refund. I will refer to trading standards as this is a scam!

Wish I had checked here first before ordering from Depotnation if it is too good to be true as the man says it is a scam

Ordered a Pilates bar and they said they are in UK. As soon as I paid a big notice popped up Saying delivery’s is up to 4 weeks! I asked to cancel immediately. After days they said they couldn’t as the order was on its way. of course that was a lie too as More days later they then said my order had been shipped from CHINA! I would never have ordered anything from China in present circumstances. I could have got
It cheaper and quicker from UK on Ebay.

Lies and obfuscation. Don’t use these lying people. Needless to say after 3 weeks no sign of my package and the tracking number doesn’t work. Shame on them and shame on Facebook for posting their misleading and dishonest ads.

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter for Xmas from this company, but it did not arrive. I sent many emails but they just replied with be patient it's on its way. After 6 weeks I got in touch with my credit card provider for a refund Even now they still keep sending emails saying its been delivered when it hasn't. I have told them I've canceled the order now, so don't know why they still keep up the pretence that it's on its way.

Received goods, were unfit for purpose, eventually made contact and told to send back for full refund. Sent back by recorded delivery, goods were received back and a refund promised. That was over 2 months ago! 50+ emails, backwards and forwards, excuse after excuse, lie after lie. All by incompetent people who don't read the previous emails and start the same conversation over and over again! Oh, and all go under the name of Megan Jenkins?! Seriously not good enough!!

I am now starting legal proceedings as this is an unacceptable way to trade and is also disgusting customer service. Have also contacted Trading Standards and have contacted Facebook to stop their advertisements on social media.
Unfortunately for them I do have time to do this and will not let it drop.
I want my refund and Depot Nation need shutting down!! So angry 😡

I've ordered 2 items of a toy. both arrived after some weeks.
both were in see-through plastic bags,NO proper boxing, NO presentation , items of very poor size and quality. The price for what they are is extortionate.
I'm very disappointed . I AM having such difficulty in making contact with their customers service
My order is un-0pened , unused and I AM REQUESTING MY REFUND IN FULL...not fit for purpose.

0 stars if I could!!!!! Has anyone ever received a refund from this company? My story is like everyone else’s on here, took my money and no product arrived, promised a refund still waiting!!!!

If possible,I would give even less than the minimum 1 star and will report the company for fraud.I asked for refund for missing goods and they responded they had send a replacement.No show,so reclaimed to get the refund with no response.Hopefully the credit card company can support in this case.

I hope people see this before you purchase anything from these people. DO NOT THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEY ARE A SCAM. There IS NO PHONE # OR ADDRESS. I just keep getting Emails back after I keep Emailing them to just get my money back. A girl Megan Jenkins head of costumer service, she keeps telling me to look up my tracking number and it can't find anything. Than they told me my package was lost, than they said it was on the way. It's all a scam. I found them on Instagram I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I encourage other's to do the same. Please spread the word.
