As per other reviews, this company appears to be fraudulent. We also got the tracking info saying it had been delivered (it hadn’t) and the Royal Mail tracking says it had been received but not delivered. After several weeks of trying to sort out with their customer service, I had to resort to opening a fraud dispute via Amex (who sorted it out quickly).

Never buy from them! They are lying about the time of arrival and in the end the gift is destroyed.

Like many other customers I bought from this company and had a similarly bad experience. Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered but I’m really writing this review to say my story had a happy ending. I used Paypal to pay for the Magic Pigs I ordered and when they arrived 3 Weeks later they were rubbish. I was advised By Megan to post the toys back to China at my cost.
At that point I got in touch with PayPal. They were brilliant. They logged my complaint and said they would take it up with Depot Nation directly. They gave the company 15 days to respond to my complaint and when they received no response Paypal refunded my money.

So if you paid with either a Credit Card or PayPal you might be as lucky as me and get your money back. Just contact Paypal or your credit card company and tell them Depot Nation has 83% poor reviews and about your own experience.
I am so impressed with the Customer Service I received from PayPal. Never thought I’d get my money back.

My order arrived damaged, although I have been offered a replacement. I then noticed on my bank statement that I had been charged £14 for postage, when it had only cost £2.38. I contacted the company who said it was due to currency conversion rates from GBP. I have contacted them to say my currency is GBP so conversion rates wouldn't apply. My emails are not being answered. There is no-one you can talk to. Everything is done via email. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I now intend in seeing if Trading Standards can help me. If I hadn't checked my bank statement I would never have known about this overcharge. You have been warned!

Do not buy anything from this company. I ended up paying import duties for 8 paw print kits that were destined to be presents. Sadly I cannot give them as they are complete rubbish. They need to be closed down as they are thieves and based in China. They claim that delivery could take time due to them being very busy. It is actually because they are coming from China

After 4 weeks they tell the parcel has been sat in my local post office.... not my delivery address. They then tell me the parcel has been returned cannot deliver... lies after lies. They gave a tracking number that does not work. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY

My parcel was damaged on arrival. Depot Nation refusing to pay for return postage so I can get my refund and now won’t respond to email. So disappointed as this was a Christmas present. Contacting Watchdog.

Very dissatisfied with this company, they sent wrong item and now expect me to pay Postage for it to be sent back to China before I can get a refund. Will not be buying from them again

Damaged goods arrived. Emailed twenty times so far, no response so far. Have contacted BBC Watchdog. Let’s wait and see!

Dont NOT buy off this company READ the reviews!!...I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY - it is a SHAM/SCAM praying on peoples good nature. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY. They have my money, I have no merchandise! I have tried to contact them 8 x and it is a total Scam. Please spread the word. They have no shame! I have reported this company on the social media channels with the evidence of my engagement. They say will provide fake trackers and they have people most likely putting up 'good reviews' in trying to to do a 50/50 risk on it ...ITS A SCAM!!

Ordered a Paw Print Pad which looked super on Instagram! My husband adores his furry companion Django and what better way that to get a paw print and then frame it for him for Christmas! Wish I read reviews for this website first more thoroughly not just the one that come up immediately with the advert! What an absolute pile of rubbish a small ink pad and two bits of card no lovely gift box or instruction leaflet to make it look at least professional! I could get the same effect dipping the dogs paw in mud and printing it on the back of a Cornflake box! Whilst i can take the hit £9.99 plus £2.99 p&p i'm certain there are vulnerable people who could get conned by this who can ill afford to lose the cash! Don't be conned folks! I am actually going to talk to Trading Standards about this site!

Marble run! One parcel in polythene which contained two bubble bags each with a plastic plate 23x16cms and Duplo type plastic blocks. Marbles appear to be small plastic half round shapes which maybe you click together? Too light to be effective. Nothing in the bags appear similar to photographs. Also in with the two bubble bags was a colourful plastic shopping bag which hardly counts as packaging for a child’s Xmas pressie. However, the postage label for posting by Royal Mail said the value of the goods was £2.33 x 2 i.e. total value of contents was £4.66. I paid £35 for this toy. The return address on package is ECX UK, Abbeygate House, Challenge Road, Ashford, Middlesex TW15 1AX however Depotnation advised that goods be returned to China. I fully realise that I have been duped by this company and as an OAP I do not have the energy to fight them so I am down £35. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have photographic proof of all of the above.

Ordered marble run and felt Christmas tree.
Was made aware that it could take up to 4 weeks for delivery and could see that the money had gone out of our account immediately. Reviews on this site were appalling so Igot very concerned. Whilst everything turned out ok the goods arrived by tracked Royal Mail, within 2 weeks. The product was as expected the tree very good. However Depot Nation terms and Conditions of sale appear to make it very difficult for you to cancel or return goods if you have a change of mind. Expect a battle with your bank and depot nation if things don’t turn out as you would wish. Your consumer rights will be tested to the limits, law suits being mentioned in their aggressive T&C’s.

My package arrived after 2 weeks. We ordered 208 and another 100 or so duplo marble run pieces. I was worried as I read the trustpilot reviews AFTER I purchased it and it arrived in bubble wrap and not boxed. However, I've just opened it and counted them. All pieces there. Had a quick play and checked it is compatible with duplo. I love it!! It really makes you think creatively and I can see hours of fun with this. However, you need to manage your expectations. 54 pieces is not a lot. You need to order at least 208 pieces and have your own duplo to build amazing things. Count your own duplo to see what 54 pieces look like. I can see why people think they're scammed as when it arrives one pack looks tiny. Luckily we ordered a lot! No packaging slip inside.

I wish I’d read all the reviews before ordering. I ordered a felt Christmas tree for my grandchildren in Sept ‘19 & it never turned up. Every email I sent got an automatic reply...

PLEASE READ!!! Do not buy from depot nation!! They say they are based in Coventry and “lisa” or “Megan” will email you like all is legit! The photos of the products are nothing like what you get trust me!!!! I spent £25 on one product and £38 on another and they are appalling!!! I’ve sent so many emails to the company and finally found out they are based in China and won’t pay the shipping charges to send these awful products back which I guess will disappear if I do anyway then I’ll have no product AND have lost £63 too!!!

We innocently bought this overpriced product falling for the very slick deceptive marketing used by these people.The Crazy Marble Run was sent direct from China, it arrived poorly packaged in a plastic bag with damaged instructions.

Despite their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" they have refused a refund saying that as only the instructions are damaged it doesn't qualify. It was supposed to be a present, we couldn't give it to someone in that condition.

Come on Megan Jenkins, Head Of Customer Services at DepotNation do the right thing and issue a refund and we'll let everybody know that you live up to your advertising.

Ordered Marble run. Took just under 3 weeks to arrive. No box, ripped instructions and plastic hollow balls that I imagine won’t be heavy enough to roll probably. Should’ve trusted my instincts after reading some other reviews and STAYED WELL AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Marble run arrived packaged in bubble wrap, no box so unsuitable for Christmas present, disappointed; I’ll have to buy a box to put it in. I don’t think the hollow plastic balls will roll fast enough so I’ll invest in some proper marbles. All in all ends up being more expensive.
However, the bricks ARE compatible with Duplo which is good
