I think this is a great company, good quick service, lovely range of yarns and colours, I use them all the time. Good for inspiration too for the next project!

Only gave 1 star as there is no option for zero stars. Ordered DK yarn but it was more like a thin 4 ply. Its awful. I will not be ordering from these again

Just had excellent customer service from these guys. The bundle boxes are excellent value for money, they always have money off codes as well and their prices are reasonable in the first place so definitely value for money all round. Customer service is spot on, no quibbling just helpful. Would 100% buy from again. Would recommend.

Deramores are an amazing company. Their wool is top notch at great prices. I highly recommend the quality of their own brand wool. It really reasonably priced and its lovely to work with. They have fantastic offers and bundle deals and always include a little something with your order weather its a free ball of wool or a free pattern. The delivery times are very quick and the team on the phone are lovely. There us also a very good range if types if yarn and patterns lots if which are free. I highly recommend this company.

My first experience with Deramores was fantastic, fast delivery and kept updated on my parcel, The yarn is amazing and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for yarn etc at great prices and super fast, this was my first but not my last order, thank you Deramores

I had purchased some wool from Deramores to knit a jumper for my grandson. I ordered what was stated in the pattern, but as I started knitting the front it became clear that I wouldn’t have enough wool.
I telephoned & explained to the lovely lady on the other end, she said she’d check the warehouse by emailing them & come back to me. That she did the following morning & luckily I managed to buy 2 more balls of wool in the same dye number. I cannot thank you enough for helping me out so quickly, & such friendly service. I would highly recommend...I purchased my order on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday! Super quick delivery and a fantastic selection of wool available on the site! Overall I am really happy with the products that I received and I was able to earn points towards future purchases which will definitely come in handy! Will definitely be ordering from Deramores again!

After checking the reviews I was a little dubious as to order or not. I went ahead as I wasn't in a rush for the wool I ordered and it was a great price compared to others. Glad I took the plunge, ordered and received within a week and got a free ball of yarn too :)

I ordered some lovely yarn, there was an offer available to receive a free yarn bundle if I bought over an amount, which I chose to do, thinking I might get 2 or 3 skeins of wool. I was delight to find that the yarn I received was worth over £30.00 and was lovely types of yarn, I was thrilled

Just had delivery of my mystery box number 4 with a free yarn bundle and I'm extremely happy with the quality of their wool. Am really looking forward to using the Merino DK. Fantastic offer and will definitely be ordering again.

I order a lot of yarn from Deramores and have now for about 5 years.
In the beginning, postage times were rather long but this tended to be due to the carrier.
I have to say the quality of yarn and huge choice they offer will always have me returning. They have regular offers and I haven't found any other online store be so good. Helpful on the phone if you need an update too.

I was a bit surprised by the reviews but maybe I've just been really lucky. I've ordered from them twice and had no issue. My first order I ordered on Saturday and received it on Tuesday, the second one took slightly less than a week though. The second order was a mystery bundle and it came with a free gift bundle (£25 for 47 skeins of yarn, absolute bargain) , the order took a little longer to dispatch but after talking to them on live chat they explained they had a surge of demands over the past few days hence the delay and gave me a tracking number and got my order came shortly after. I also really like their own brand yarn, super soft and nice to work with :)

I would give this company zero stars if possible! They shipped my order four days after I cancelled it. They refused to apologize or acknowledge my request for a postage-paid return shipping label. I fought for almost two months trying to get them to acknowledge that they made a mistake. No one acknowledged me. They said they were "sorry you couldn't cancel your item in time", even though I cancelled it FOUR DAYS before they started to prepare it for shipping!

If a company can't even make a small mistake right, how can you trust them with anything else??? I shouldn't have to pay return shipping for an item I properly cancelled! I finally had to send this back "return to sender" to avoid that fee, but I wouldn't be surprised if the company deducts shipping costs from any refund I MIGHT get.

At this point I doubt I'm going to see any money back at all, to be honest.

Just ordered a mystery bundle from deramores. Totally exceeded my expectation. I almost never ordered mystery bundles because I was always afraid of odd balls and bizarre colours and textures. But what came from deramores was nothing like that. Many balls of yarn with useable colours and there is actually enough to make stuff out of them instead of having to top up with more yarn. Thank you, Deramores! :)

Ordered the Mystery box and it came within a couple of days. There were 2 balls missing but I went on to the online chat and spoke to Zoe Pearson who advised that those ones were out of stock but immediately organised an order of 2 others and the order number was given to me on the chat as well as an immediate email. So polite and dealt with my issue so quickly. Can definitely recommend.

I ordered a knitting pattern and wool for a blanket. I knitted the first 100 gr ball but noticed the amount it knitted if the other 3 balls knitted the same there would not be enough yarn to finish it I sent an email explaining this but have had no reply I carried on knitting and notice the second 100 gr ball knitted more rows and there is a slight difference in thickness obviously the first ball was thicker and therefore knitted fewer rows. I will need a further ball of yarn to finish this as I used the yarn suggested I feel I should be sent another ball free of charge

Won’t be using again. Order is missing there blaming Hermes and Hermes is telling me to contact them. Won’t even send a replacement while they try and sort it. Have requested money back via paypal
