A very good webshop, especially for HP calculators. I bought an HP Prime G2 and a couple of useful accessories for a good price. I quickly received my order. When I later asked them for a special favor their customer support was able to offer me a terrific solution. I'll definitely order from Eduwinkel (aka Rekenwinkel) again!

Pre-ordered the HP Reverb G2 about 4 months ago, although there were some delays from the side of HP, got an update about it in between. Quick responses to my questions, really liked the updates when the shipment arrived in NL and the updates on expected delivery. Package came in 2 days after bulk shipment arrived in NL which I think is good. Product was decently packaged with some air pockets to protect the inner box.

I pre-ordered the HP Reverb G2 earlier this year.

Communication went well during the waiting period.

First store in Europe to finally ship after long delays from HP.

I feel bad with this ordering experience !

I placed an order for a calculator on October 12.
Then I received notification on the Delivery process, and the status was updated and was meeting my expectation :
The shipment was scheduled and the delivery deadline was set to Oct 29.

On Nov 4 we still not received the item we ordered, and there is no delivery process status update...
I wrote an e-mail and I received an automated e-mail telling me to call. I called and was in contact with an answering machine in dutch...

I will wait for additional 24 hours, and if no answer I will ask to cancell the PO & I will ask Amazon to get my money back & to black list this vendor (at least in France & Europe)

Too much time wasted; I'm an unhappy customer !

I have placed an order for a Casio Classpad II on the 25th of February. At the time, the website showed that the calculator was in stock, "op voorraad". When I asked on the 1st of March where the calculator was, they immediately changed this to "voorverkoop", and then a Mr. Kuperus informed me that because the model isn't frequently sold in the Netherlands, they had to buy stock of it (that is, it was _not_ in stock to begin with), BUT they expect them to arrive the very next day, after which it would be immediately sent by post. Now we're at the 14th of March already and I haven't heard anything from them. But of course, taking the money goes very fast.

I had to order twice. First order I received was the wrong order from which i still haven't received money back (after 2-3 weeks), and delivery of second order has taken over a week to come here. I had ordered on Friday (23-10-15). I keep calling and I just receive the typical answer that my package will be delivered today or tomorrow. It is now (31-10-15) Now I can't use my calculator for an exam. Very bad communication with the seller. I tried calling early morning, mid day, and mid afternoon, only got in touch three times over a span of three weeks where they gave me promises to deliver my stuff and pay me back for wrong orders. They have a variety of products, which is good, but if you want them to get to you on time, don't order from this place.

Just like in the title, I highly recommend this store. They have a very wide range of calculators, everyone will find something for your needs. Prices are competitive. Customer service and contact with the staff is great.

It was a misunderstanding, but after it all was fine.
