Great shopping experience
Probably one of my best shopping experiences in Denmark. My package came very nicely packed, with a handwritten note and a lot of samples for different products. The prices are so good and the delivery is quite fast.

We ship all of our orders every week day, and the majority of our customers experience 1-3 days delivery, so we think that your package might have been lost by the shipping company.
From our experience, when it takes more than 4 days for the package to arrive, the package has been lost during shipment. When we hand over the packages to DAO/GLS/PostNord/Bring, it is them who have the responsibility for the package to be delivered safe to you :) Therefore, please contact us so that we can get in touch with the shipping company.
