Empty box and no product!
So far I have received one small empty box with a coupon in it. No product that I ordered. My last order I received the empty box with a coupon and a second box with the actual bottle of product I had ordered. What a waste of packaging and I’d still like my actual order!

Thier return policy specifically states once items are scanned as returned the refund takes 3-5 days. They have scanned my items as received 14 days ago and now they say they lost the items. They refuse to help me or even get someone on the phone who can! Run in the opposite direction of these scammers! Check out lovelyskin instead!
