Beware if you do not enter the correct…
Beware if you do not enter the correct address/mistype or anything. In one of their policies they state that they’re not
Liable if you need to change or update the delivery address so you will end up losing a lot of money. I have to contact my credit card to dispute the purchase saying that I tried to cancel with DermStore but they’re refusing to change the address so I will end up losing money and not receiving the products I ordered. Please try to order your derm needs through another store. I’ll be posting on reddit, bbb and everywhere else to in order to let people know of this. Anywhere else I have ever ordered from and had troubles with delivery, other companies are willing to cancel or update the address, DermStore will not.

I have ordered from Dermstore for a couple of years now, and they frequently advertise a free gift with purchase. Unfortunately, in my experience, the promised free item is repeatedly not included in my shipments. It's disappointing to look forward to trying something new, opening the package and finding it's missing every time. I know it's a small thing, but If you're going to advertise a free gift with purchase, you should honor it or clearly explain why the item isn't included. I reached out to customer service but they didn't offer an explanation and also didn't offer to send the free gift that was supposed to be included in my last shipment. Repeatedly advertising promotions that aren't fulfilled is misleading and leaves customers disappointed.
