Don;t trust using FSA to purchase products
I have reached out by chat and phone. The charges submitted to my FSA account don't match the invoices on my account. My claims are being denied due to the difference in the claim vs invoice. My account is restricted and I can't use my FSA card. I've been told twice its been escalated to their Finance Dept and I should hear back from the soon but I have heard absolutely nothing. Products I purchased that is labeled FSA eligible on their website were denied stating its not covered under my FSA benefits. They were supposed to be looking into this as well. I would not recommend using your FSA card to purchase items on their website

Hi Stephen, upon clicking the link in the “request more details” email from Trustpilot, the form only allowed me to confirm my name, phone number, and email address. It did not allow me to provide any additional details. Since I’ve now confirmed my contact info, please email me directly so we can discuss the situation in further detail. Thank you.

There is a pending charge I did not approve on my credit card. Honey was nice and confirmed that my claim was with their "investigations team" at the "highest level of escalation". She stated I would receive an email from this team in 3-5 business day with the outcome of the resolution. Why does this charge have to be sent to an investigation team or a claim be made at all?? The charge is clearly in error. There is no pending orders in my account and I have no emails regarding this charge or so-called order. Why can't the charge just be reversed on the company's end?! Definitely not the outcome I was expecting.
