Unprofessional
From my initial enquiry, communication felt dismissive and unhelpful. Questions were either answered vaguely or not answered at all, and I often felt as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for clarification. Rather than taking ownership of issues, staff appeared uninterested in finding solutions or providing accurate information.
When I raised concerns about my order, I expected a courteous and professional response. Instead, I experienced delays, inconsistent explanations, and a general lack of accountability. Different members of staff provided conflicting information, making it difficult to know what was actually happening. At no point did anyone apologise sincerely for the inconvenience or demonstrate that customer satisfaction was a priority.
Professional customer service isn't just about getting orders right - it's about treating customers with respect when things don't go according to plan. Unfortunately, I felt that respect was lacking throughout my interactions. Emails took far longer than expected to receive a response, and when replies did arrive, they often seemed rushed and failed to address the questions I had actually asked.
The overall impression I was left with was of a company that doesn't value its customers once a sale has been made. Courtesy, transparency, and effective communication were all noticeably absent from my experience.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. There are many businesses selling similar parts, and I would rather purchase from a company that values professionalism and customer service as much as the products they sell.

Great service
Mine was a telephone order and I spoke to Dean. He was was friendly and very helpful, offering price choices for the parts I was looking for., he did t push the most expensive or make me feel.'stupid' as some places do. The whole experience was friendly and relaxed. Will be my first call when I need parts again and I thoroughly recommend this firm.

Design911 saved my holiday!
I was desperate for a replacement ignition switch for my boxster, Design911 were able to dispatch a new part immediately on Friday for delivery on Saturday. I was then able to fit the part in time for my trip on Sunday. With the ferry booked for France from the uk and a drive down to the south of France, it all depended on getting the new part. Design911 understood my predicament and did everything they could to help.

Wrong part sent. Phoned customer service who asked me to send a photo of the “Boxster” badge after ordering a ‘Boxster S’ badge as referred to in the order confirmation email Design 911 sent to me 🙄
