Be very careful with what you purchase on here as customer support is abrubt, unsympathetic and not willing to help. We paid good money for a 3 night stay at an all inclusive and whilst following the correct links for a Seaview balcony room it took our money and gave us a land view instead. Currently speaking with credit card for a way to reverse the transaction due to trades description. Destina are telling me I clicked the wrong link despite me screenshotting the correct one we selected. Despite me begging and trying to resolve this by asking Destina to modify the booking and for me pay whatever difference is required so we get exactly what we want they are just shutting me down in the most abrubt tone. Book directly with the hotel next time.

Very easy to use website and prices better prices

Based on my experience, I believe this company engages in highly questionable practices and cannot be trusted.

An agreement was made for an annual bonus equivalent to a full month's salary, meaning that instead of receiving 12 salaries, I would receive 13.

In the annual meeting, I asked if I needed to complete the full year to receive the bonus, and the office manager, Marian, told me that I would receive my proportional share.

However, after I left, I discovered that I would not receive the bonus. In addition, I was denied three days' pay under the excuse that I requested to leave quickly.

This company lacks the minimum standards of professionalism. I do not recommend it at all.

I have had an issue with a hotel change from this company and Heba Ibrahim was amazing, she managed to resolve the issue. She was very kind and caring. Thanks Heba

My booking didn’t go through on the website but they called me to explain why and complete the booking with no delay. Salah (Ext.619) was extremely helpful.

Great customer support provided by Ruan (ext. 114). He was very proactive and friendly, resolving my issue very quickly. Highly recommended!

I booked 4 Rooms in Hurghada Gravity Hotel for 7 Person.
Destinia called me to confirm the booking.
Very pleasant and efficent!
In Hurgada 2 days before departing I booked another 2 roms for extendes stay!
The hotel could not find the booking the next day, I complained to Destinia and the respond was super : Destinia called the hotel and send a email to fix the problem. Destinia called me twice to confirm all is confirmed. A few hours later the Frontoffice Manager found the reservation for the 2 roooms.

I was recommended to Destinia by a hotel in Furaventura and have been booking through them for the last 18 months I love the way you can ring them and talk to a human not a machine . I have never had a bad experience with them . The staff are lovely so helpful .I holiday alot as I have now retired , I don't go for exspensive hotels 2 or 3 stars but find there descriptions of the appartments are spot on and there prices very reasonable. I'm older and not great with the Internet they make it so easy for me to book my holidays

Everything is okay and thanks for all health

Since 2018 I already stayed in about 20 different hotels in various countries booked with Destinia and all trips went allright. If there were just minor issues with the booking, we sorted everything out quickly with their excellent service.
There will be always some issues over time when you travel regularly - nothing is perfect, but this agency is very close to it and definitely one of the reliablest I ever used.

The villa we booked (Villa Moniz in Funchal) was ok. Unfortunately, the landlord agency Destinia S.L./Lovelystay is not reputable at all. We advise against booking with this provider.
Unfortunately, the whirlpool was defective, for which we were offered a refund on the already prepaid rental price. Unfortunately, the refund was not made despite weeks of e-mail and telephone exchanges. We think that it was never intended to transfer a refund to us. Unfortunately, the employees are not professional either.
We also had to criticize two curious processes. During our 18-day stay, craftsmen came 2x on different days without prior notice to the lower floor of the villa, where the bedrooms are also located. We were frightened both times and once we were even in bed. We wrote this to the provider, but never received an answer.
Unprofessional all along the line and not recommended. What a pity. We will never book with this agency again!
