We recently purchased a king size mattress topper on line. When received it was everything we hoped for. A top quality product. A significant improvement on cost, design and quality on any equivalent at a premium high street store.

I've bought six duvets from this company since my first in 2015. I had to replace one damaged by the dry cleaners so I ordered it on Friday at lunchtime and it was on my bed the very next day. The speed of shipping was phenomenal and it was free. Thank you Devon Duvets.

Now the duvets themselves are brilliant. I've seen and used a couple from other manufacturers but they're not as good. These ones regulate body heat properly, the sizing is always spot on, the cotton casing is so soft and of all the wool duvets I've experienced these are the only ones that look flat and smooth on the bed.

Love these products. Started with a lightweight duvet for our motorhome. Loved it so bought another to replace what I thought was a perfectly good duvet at home but these are in a different league. Then bought a mattress topper and I no longer get hip pain in bed. Today I purchased a 3 fold pillow. Can’t wait to try it.

We wanted a heavy warm duvet to save having to pile up with blankets during the winter. Not quite sure what I was expecting but the duvet is not a comfort item. Firstly it does not fit into a standard uk cover…..too big! We seem to spend the night tugging up the duvet as it’s so heavy it falls off the end of the bed, annoying is not the word! It is stiff and does not mould to your body, you can’t snuggle into it and it leaves big gaping gaps around your neck where you want it to sit snuggly. It’s like sleeping with heavy cardboard over you!
Regretting this buy enormously!

We bought a king size wool duvet from Devon Duvets last week, quick delivery and so far the duvet has been lovely. It's got a bit of weight to it and moulds to your body. Temperature regulation (the reason we bought it) seems to be great but hard to say after only a few nights.

Ordered a King size mattress topper and delighted with it, when finally received! Waited 2 weeks ( chased after 1 week and told it would take another 5-7 wkg days). Totally understand that during the winter items like this that are handmade take time. However, I had to chase the company twice. A wonderful product which we are very pleased with. Good value for money. Just keep the customer informed of any delays rather than get annoyed at lack of correspondence.

I bought a light weight duvet and it is the perfect weight to keep me warm but not induce the dreaded hot flushes (I’m of that age!).
I’d highly recommend Devon Duvets. It did take a bit longer than expected to receive my first order, however it was before Christmas. The duvets are all handmade and definitely worth the wait. However, my second order arrived within a few days. Very happy with the service and it’s great to support a local, family-run business.

First of all I love the products, but I ordered a new mattress topper over two weeks ago and I’ve been told it will be another week as they had run out of materials. These things happen, but I have had to chase twice now. The same kind of product was on special offer at Piglet in Bed, but I wanted to buy (for more) from Devon Duvets as I’ve never been disappointed with their products.

I recently had a similar experience due to supply chain issues on some lighting I had ordered, but that time the company (Holloways of Ludlow) contacted me to tell me about the delay, and offered me the opportunity to have a refund if I couldn’t cope with the wait. I would suggest that Devon Duvets implement the same kind of system.

I've bought another Devon Duvet after an unfortunate mishap. Henrietta and the team were excellent and I've received the new duvet less than 48 hours later. I have a Winter and a Summer Devon Duvet and wouldn't buy anything else - they are warm in winter without being sweaty, cool in summer and stay wonderfully fresh. I wholeheartedly recommend these British wool duvets.

We placed an order on the 24th November. The website stated 1-3 days delivery and slightly longer during winter busy period. After a week I emailed and got a snotty apology saying it would be 2 more WEEKS. We waited and still nothing after 2 weeks, so I complained and cancelled the order. I was contacted by the owner and given every excuse under the sun. It's a shame, but we will never order from them again.

4 fold pillow is very hard. It is like sleep on a brick.
Really don’t waste your money.
Also you’ll have problem with return as me.

I bought a kingsize Spring/Autum duvet after experiencing a wool duvet in a hotel. I've used it for a few months and love it. Decided to get the summer one as it can be used along with the first one a to make a winter duvet. They are really comfortable and the perfect weight, I found they have improved my sleep, they don't clump like down can. Customer service was excellent, I ordered the second one online and there was a slight problem with paypall not passing on my address details. Devon Duvets contacted me quickly to rectify this and the duvet was delivered the next day.

I bought a Devin duvet for my because I really want to sleep healthier rather than with a synthetic duvet or feather duvet , Devon duvets are awesome I'm really happy with quality and cotton covering it's fantastic

Your search for the ideal mattress topper has just ended! I have a severe lung condition meaning 24/7 oxygen therapy and I struggled to find a topper not plastic, latex or memory foam. Devon Duvets to the rescue...I found my cloud thanks to excellent craftsmanship,design and sheep!! Who would've thought it? Unquestionably THE best sink into dreamland ever. No smells, no sweats and they also give you a wee bag of lavender too. Fabulous service and friendly...Thanks guys, you've literally given me back my sleep xx

I ordered this mattress topper because we have a very good quality but rather too firm mattress and we wanted something to make it a bit more comfortable. My husband is always warm and so we didn't want to get foam, and I am always cold so wanted something that would be warm. The mattress topper is beautifully made, and is soft and comfortable. It is both cool and warm. We cannot fault it, we are both loving it. I love that it is sustainable and that no animals have died to make it. I would highly recommend this product.

We bought the king size wool topper to go on our new mattress two months ago. The first couple of nights it was comfy but after that we noticed dips where we were lying. We immediately turned our new mattress and the topper. These dips remained and then became solid and dense and despite turning both mattress and topper weekly, my legs have been aching and I've not been sleeping well. I thought the problem was with the new mattress but now I've removed the wool topper the new mattress is supremely comfortable. The fault lies with the topper. The dips are impossible to remedy - there's a huge 'mountain' in the middle of the topper which means I'm actually sleeping on a slope. And it's dense with no give. I'm very disappointed given all the positive reviews. It was an expensive mistake now sadly destined for the bin/recycling.

I bought the emperor duvet, 2 pillows and all the necessary bed linen. I cannot tell you how much I love it. It's soft, luxurious, temperature regulating, smells good (not of sheep) and the quality of the bed linen is sublime. I had ordered the wrong sized fitted sheet and asked to return it. A courier turned up the next day to collect it and at no extra expense, I was sent the correct sheet. Prompt responses, polite and easy service. I highly recommend this company.

Beautifully made duvet and love how they are natural. Though it's neither breathable or temperature regulating. Rather more like a traditional duvet that smothers and keep most/ all of the heat in. I own lots of merino wool and find these type of garmemts to geniunly be breathable. Unfortunately I feel the USP that these duvets are breathable and/ or temperature regulating to not be the case.

Found the company online. Had a bit of a wait for my super king duvet, but Henrietta was so helpful and arranged for my duvet to be delivered the next day due to another courier not being able to fulfil their delivery.
The duvet is everything we wanted, well made and the little touch of a lavender bag in with the duvet, somehow made it even more special. Thank you Devon Duvets
