I bought a topper for my own bed 18 months ago. I am so pleased with it - cosy in winter and cool in summer - that I have subsequently bought toppers for my spare beds. I now have a King size, Double and two twin sized toppers. Delivery has always been speedy but my most recent purchase was made on line on Wednesday morning and arrived by lunchtime the following day.

I purchased 1 of the wool toppers to compensate for a newly purchased, but badly made highgrove mattress, as it arrived too firm, perhaps the makers had a bad day? Either way I wish I had not spent £150 on this topper waste of money.

Arrived promptly. The duvet is great - warm but not stifling like I found synthetic duvets. Also to my knowledge the don't actually have to kill the sheep to make a wool duvet - unlike goose or duck duvets.
Also it's made in Britain which is a plus for me.
Also took advantage of their half price offer on bed linen which was made of top quality cotton. And no, I don't work for them - honest!

I recently ordered a range off bedding items including a king size duvet. While the product quality is excellent, the customer service and communication was abysmal.
I ordered from Devon Duvets because of positive environmental factors and also the promise of next-day delivery.
After placing the order and waiting for three days for my next day delivery nothing had arrived so I had to chase the company to find out what was happening. 24 hours later I received a reply to my email basically informing me they were very busy and the order would not be completed until the following week. It eventually turned up 11 days after placing the order, but minus two items that were marked as to follow. Given my initial issues I would have thought that there would have been a separate communication to let me know, not just a scribbled comment on the dispatch note.
I waited a further week expecting the missing items to be delivered, but again nothing until I once more chased the company and lo and behold a couple of hours later I received an automated email to tell me that the items would be delivered the following day. In the end they were delivered two days later.
Sadly I never received a response to my email to the company management expressing my concerns regarding their customer service and communication.
I would have thought that a company like this one would be dependent on positive customer feedback; clearly not.
I would have accepted the difficulties and the late delivery had someone only communicated with me.

The pillows and pillow protectors I ordered were lovely but they came in lots of plastic packaging. I was trying to be more environmentally friendly by buying natural fibres from a local company but it would be lovely if they could make all the plastic bags around them optional.

Really impressed both with the products - Superking and Double mattress toppers - and the service provided by Devon Duvets, who I found by chance online. The toppers are really gorgeous: plump and well made. Next day delivery too. My daughter is thrilled with hers and threatened not to get out of bed as a result! Good all round service and highly recommended.

This 100% wool mattress topper was recommended to us by our next door neighbours. Our king size mattress, only a year old, was proving too hard and our joints were suffering. We did not want to buy a memory foam topper as we find memory foam too hot for a good night's sleep.
We ordered our topper on Friday after lunch and took delivery the next morning at 11.20. That's what I call service! As for the topper, I would thoroughly recommend it because we have slept really well since its arrival. There is a very slight smell from the wool, but it is neither strong nor offensive. Hats off to Devon Duvets for top class product and service!

Fabulous products! I bought a king size duvet and a folding pillow from them and the pillow is lovely and soft, yet stays firm enough to remain supportive right through the night. The duvet is heaven! It is fluffy enough to feel really cosy and warm enough to keep you warm even through the recent sub-zero temperatures outside and I sleep with the window open! It is so soft an cosy and the best I have ever had! I sleep longer undisturbed by getting too hot or too cold and don't even need an extra blanket over my feet for the first time in years. Beautifully packed with little lavender bags included, so fab! Better than other companies I have tried with similar products. Highly recommend.

I bought a winter duvet from this company in the last month. It is so warm and comfortable I have bought another for my mum. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant Company. Such attention to detail. I have bought their mattress topper which is like sinking into a dream, and their range of Pima cotton bed linen, which is also ethically produced and superb quality, with the super king duvet covers having hand slots so you can grab the duvet and just pull it through. They even took the trouble to include a card with the name of the person who made the wool topper (thank you Ann!) and add a little bag of lavender inside the package (this has gone into my underwear drawer). I was kept informed at every stage, (order receipt, despatch and delivery date/time). Their website is easy to navigate, (it is worth taking the time to read their story), I have (yesterday) ordered 1 of their folding pillows, as I find the concept intriguing, (I watched the informative video). And if it works for us I will order another, and review on here.

Excellent service throughout. I wasn't sure if they were still working (Covid) after I'd placed my order. I had a phone call and an email to assure me that they were and that my goods were on the way, they arrived the next day. I ordered the 400gsm single silk Duvet, cotton quilt cover and pillow case. I am totally over the moon with the quality and the good nights sleep I've been having. The quilt is comfortable, I don't like hot and I don't like cold, this quilt is just right. I would recommend Devon Duvets to everyone. As for the cotton quilt cover and pillowcase....pure luxury. I will be buying more in the not too distant future.

Unfortunately my duvet, a super king lightweight 4-7 tog 300 GSM, has a very strong smell of sheep. After airing it for over 2 weeks in a well ventilated room, the smell did not go away and even increases with body heat.

In my opinion, the duvet is quite thick, warmer than claimed, not regulating the body temperature, therefore not suitable for summer months.

I informed Devon Duvets but they did not offer any refund or support. There are other companies that offer ‘sleep satisfaction money back guaranty’ and if I knew this before I would have not waisted £155.

Outstanding service and quality from the Devon Duvets team. Order arrived prompted. Lovely mattress topper, soft and warm. Having searched other companies on the web I’m really pleased I went to Devon Duvets as excellent value for money and an English company as well.

Ahhhh is the first word I have to say! I ordered my natural wool mattress topper and it feels like laying on clouds.. it is the best investment I have made in a while. The service was brilliant too, easy to order online and I received my topper in 2 days! I am very impressed with this company and don’t hesitate in giving them 5 stars and can recommend with complete confidence.

My silk super king duvet is amazing. It feels like you are having a huge hug.

The woollen duvet is so comfortable and warm. Bought the double duvet which is 20 tog when combined and during the recent cold spell it has been so cosy it is difficult to get up in the morning!
A little heavier than a feather duvet which I like.
Well worth the price in my opinion

Fast service given it was Xmas. The duvet is far better than I was hoping for. It feels like pure luxury and it’s made getting up in a morning seem like a real imposition.

Amazing product with first class customer service. If you want to make a good bed a fantastic bed, put on a Devon Duvet Topper. We purchased our Hypnos bed earlier this year, and although it was as firm as we expected it felt a little too firm for a really comfy nights sleep. But once we had purchased our Topper, it was transformed.

Amazing products and service. Video and website helpful and response to my email query being promptly answered . Fast quality delivery. Excellent packaging. But the best bit.... the comfort and quality of the products. What a fantastic nights sleep. I tend to get too hot at night and my husband too cold but it benefitted us both. It’s true that British made is quality and I am proud to support British business when I can.
Top notch . I’ve bought the S King topper, summer duvet, triple layer pillows, pillow cases and sheet - the duvet cover and double spare bed will surely follow.
I love the way each piece has a named crafter and the little lavender sachets that accompany.
